My husband and I went to Straw Hat on 1/9/13. to check out their Wednesday night buffet; it was supposed to consist of a salad bar, pizza, and hot wings We arrived at 5:00pm (hours of buffet are from 5:00-8:00p.m) and nothing was ready. We served ourselves at the salad bar and waited 20 minutes for the first pizza to arrive. We did not like the taste, so I asked when they would bring out another variety; the woman working their said, oh, its pineapple and ham, and its cooking right now. The hot wings were brought out after that, and they were tasteless and very tough! The second pizza finally came out, and it was a little better than the first. My husband asked the young man working behind the counter about bringing out a pepperoni pizza, and the young man just shrugged his shoulders. So much for customer service. We left shortly after that, and I doubt that we will return to this Straw Hat Pizza.

I go here with my wife and we have the lunch buffet its all you can eat salad and pizza. The food is grate and good environment. The people that work here are very nice as well.

Bad... my 2L of soda expired in Oct14 n was given to me in Feb15... long time.... toppings are good but theyre white sauce wasnt great an the pizza soggy.

Menu is quite nebulous and the staff let the customers children run amok without saying anything. Food was okay, too expensive for what they offer.
