Arrived here on a Tuesday late afternoon. It wasnt busy. Easily found a seat for 2 people. We ordered 6 pc wings plus 3pc tender combo with spicy ranch and Habana honey sauces for $15. The order came out in less than 5 minutes. We received an extra piece of chicken tender and chicken wings. Everything was well made. The chicken tenders were quite large and moist for breast meat. I liked that shoestring fries actually taste like potatoes. The chicken wings tasted great. Each piece was hot, juicy and meaty. The outside had good crispiness to its thin layer or batter. The sauces were okay, I liked the spicy ranch more. I deducted a star for cleanliness. Washroom was tidy; however, dining area was not. There was bits of garbage all over the floor covering 1/3 of the restaurant. Also the place had a strange odor that was not appetizing. I would come again for the chicken wings.

Just stumbled upon this place, after driving past it for years without ever giving it a try. Im so glad I finally gave it a chance! The building "aint pretty", but hey, did you come to eat the building? The Chicken strips are very good, large sized strips. We ordered it with honey-barbeque sauces, and OMG-THIS WAS FREAKIN DELICIOUS! You could taste real honey, in this home-made sauce, it was awesome! We also had some wings, which were also good sized, but with bones. I decided on the spicy barbeque for these, and it was tasty, yet also had a bit of a kick. The honey BBQ was tops though, and I would probably get that on my next order. I ordered chili-cheese fries in the combo, and that was pretty decent. All in all, a great little spot, blows away KFC and Popeyes, which both made me sick the last time I ate there. This is my new spot for chicken!

Dont show up 20 min. Before closing. .. the board short wearing guy at the counter was a total a-hole. They demand all orders to go... which is understandable. However, he was impatient in letting us order and basically implied that we couldnt sit at a table to wait for our food. Chairs were already flipped up on most empty tables around people who were still dining. We would have ordered more. Wont be back even if the food turns out to be amazing.... nope! Wings ended up being breaded and fried chicken. .. could have gone to KFC and spent 1/3rd the price for better service and a place to sit. 8(

Used to be my favorite place to go for chicken fingers. I still love the chicken wings, I cant lie. The staffing is where the issue lies for me. The last few times Ive been in, the tables werent wiped down. The employee was rude when I asked for forks, and just pointed the the container where they should be; I looked and there were none. So she rolled her eyes as she got me one. They usually brought food to the tables if we stayed in to eat, but the worker just called orders out to all the people wiping the tables they wanted to sit at. Great food, poor service.

Horrible experience- ordered from an online menu, it was $10.00 less on the online menu. When I got home I thought it was pricier than what I ordered. Sure enough I double checked and I was correct the menu, phone number and address was all correct. They would not make good on their mistake. Will never eat their again or recommend. I had retail stores for 20 years, not a way to run a business. Their loss!! Had to give one star as it wouldnt let me leave 0 stars.

LOVE da buffalo style wings & fingers. Great flavor. Far better tasting strips than Cains, all about tenderness and "flake_ability" of the strips, not dry and generous w/ the size. Basket of 10 cost me 11 and change, could only eat 5. Sweet tea is close to Texas style Place has about 10 tables and is PACKED for noontime lunch so plan accordingly!! My coworkers and I are fans, since we work close by but live on the S.W. side

Pretty good place for chicken tenders and wings. Ordered garlic parmesan wings, chipotle bbq wings, and chicken sandwhich with fries. The wings were both really good, with a right amount of flavor and spice. The sanwhich was 3 tenders on a bun, and it was also good. However, we got our food to go, and they didnt include or offer any sauce for the sanwhich. The fries were also were very thin and dry.

Love that there is now a location even closer to me. My only suggestion is that they continue the generosity standard set by the original location. When you order a 3 piece you get 4 or 5. Order a 5 piece you get 6 or 7. Always been a great thing about chicken shack. Lil less fries and a lil more chicken. Love all the sauces. As always a top fav. See you guys again soon.

So good!! Breaded. Wings are big and filling. Love the garlic parm. Thats the only way to go. If you get a wet sauce they get soggy quick. But the garlic parm..... So crispy, juicy and amazing!! I hit this place up at least once every time we come to Vegas. If you dont like soggy and complain about soggy ask for the sauce on the side.

Never been here & I gotta say it was so goooooood! I will return soon, I love the fact that they serve shoestring fries instead of normal fries, their portions are HUGE as well & everything is cooked fresh, their wings dont have a nasty freezer burn taste nor are they fatty or soggy, theyre nice and crispy. Will come back soon!

Ive never had such amazingly fast service. Literally one minute after ordering I received my food. I loved the Jamaican Jerk sauce and the Habanero Honey. The chicken was ok but how can you mess up fried tenders.... Nevermind I know of a few but definitely not this place. If you do dine in take time to read the wall.

Although theyre incredibly popular for their satisfying and delicious wings/chicken... Lets steer towards their burgers. Lets just say, Im addicted. I come here almost every day for their triple shack burger and I just cant get enough of it. Usually I get tired of eating the same old stuff but this...this is magic.

I love this place, its my church as far as chicken is concerned. The chicken fingers are stupid juicy, the sauces are great, and the food is ready so fast, you probably wont even have poured your soda yet. I visit at least a few times per month! No chicken place compares

This is the best chicken in Vegas, hands down! Now they just need to open a location on the west side! This place is always packed, so I would recommend calling in your order ahead of time and getting it to go, otherwise you might not be able to find a table.

Let me tell you something, you will not find a place with the size of wings this place has. If you do please let me know cause I will go try it out, but by far this place freakin rocks. Get your wings HOT, its pure Franks sauce and it is soooooooo goooooood.

KFC, McDonalds, and Crack had a baby and named it The Chicken Shack. Cheap, good food in a cheap, but clean looking store. Good spot to bring friends and hangout, they also sell beer. But probably not the best date spot unless you both are super chill.
