The staff are very professional and friendly. They have always been that way at this location and others. However, I notice that they do not wash their hands between handling cash and boxing your food. This is a big no go for me and most people who are used to dining out. We all know that cash is very filthy. Just Google anything about germs and cash and you will get the idea very quickly. This happens at every KFC Ive every visited. Im very surprised that management allows this kind of hygiene. They really should know better. I gave service a 1 because no one is sanitizing or washing their hands prior to handling food after handling cash. Also sometimes, the biscuits are brick hard. Went in to get dinner. The cashier walked up to the counter & just looked at us. I had to approach him to see if he would take our order! While taking our order, he appeared to be on the headset speaking to other people. When I told him what we wanted, he stated to talk to the headset & just ignored us. I had to confirm with him on our order. I would tell him what we want & he would ask us things that we already told him. Is like he wasnt even listening to us at all. When we finally got our order & went home. We realize that he didnt even get our order right. Gravy was spilled & food were missing from the order! Ugh! I tried to call them over & over for about 15 times, but the phone was busy the whole time! I just send my son to go get the missing food. Lets hope theyll give it to him! This is the worst kfc ever!

We waited 45 minutes for 20 hot wings, a two piece meal and a three piece chicken strip meal. They told us three different times it would be nine more minutes. They tried to give our order to someone else. When we did get our order, they gave us 15 hot wings and 5 fiery grilled wings. In the two piece meal, the substituted the chicken for two thighs and gave us extra crispy instead of original. They didnt bother to tell us that they had substituted anything on our order. This was by far the worst visit. I have been there at least five other times and the food quality is always poor.

This place does not carry grilled chicken. We came here 4 months ago and they said they dont have of that chicken. We said ok, and came back today, for dinner. However they said they STILL dont have grilled chicken, as its not on stock. Most KFC restaurants have grilled chicken, which is good.But this place doesnt carry stocks as the normal joints have. It wouldve been better if they actually placed a sign stating that they dont carry the grilled chicken! So I recommend that you shouldnt go here.

Planned on going to KFC then to the store but it was so cold inside. I keep my house at 68 deg. So when I say cold inside it had to be in the low 60s so I had to take it home. This has happened more then once at this location Thanks KFC on Eastern in henderson for not keeping you heat working this was the last time I go there.

Man drive thru took for ever waited 15 mins for the car I front of us to get their food ... waited 20 mins to get ours ... had to babies in the car waiting for them to hurry and after all they still forgot my sides ..:

Like any KFC, you know the menu. The location is clean, they make mistakes with the orders from time to time, but people are nice and it is pleasant eating or ordering from this location.

Awful undercooked bucket of greasy chicken! Charged for all white meat but received legs and thighs. Their phone was busy for two days so I couldnt complain about it. Next time ChickFilA!
