Poor value for the quality and amount of food. They cheat you on the food, tortillas have gone from that is from 6 to now 2. Cole slaw from 1/2 cup to 1/4 cup, very small. Salsa, without begging for more you get a very small container with a teaspoonfil, who eats only a teaspoon? And forget the chicken, used to be good, juicy and warm, this place serves up backs they claim are breasts, lots of boney ribs with a small, maybe half inch of meat. Oh and your second piece of white meat a WING! that we all know has almost no meat, but they serve it dried out like a wood chip. In fact all meat was dry and there was maybe 6-7 bites, for almost $10.00. Save your money! OH, almost forgot the corn on the cob, a generous almost 1 inch piece! Wow! All this included for almost $10.00...I guess all the flies you will encounter were free!

I often stop here for a personal meal on my way to the 10 freeway and have always been pleased. So, when I had a work event, I decided to make a catering order on 10/20/16 for 4pm. The order was ready on time and the food was all hot and freshly prepared. Staff was friendly and even helped me to my car with all of the food. I ordered a chicken meal for 12 people with black beans, rice, and a tortilla mixture; macaroni and cheese; and Mexican salad. Everyone loved the food! I will order from the catering menu again in the future.

I love this place but its been 2 times now that I go and they mess up on my order. Then when you call and complain they want to ask 21 questions like if you are lying about the situation. Need better management! Dining area is always dirty Need more staff to keep up with the maintenance, Karlie one of the managers was just trying to get me off the phone and didnt want to hear what I had to say bout them messing up on my order.

Absolute garbage. I would feel bad feeding dogs this. People on the brink of starving wouldnt eat this. Do yourself a big favor and have your food at the del taco almost right next to it. Del taco has better food and is cheaper. What I order was so bad that I just couldnt.

This El Pallo loco is Not our normal one. We just go here when we go shopping at Sams Club. The chicken here has No taste, and the salsa is barely palatable at best. For the el pallo loco chain this one store is really a embarrassment.
