My most recent experience with this KFC was unsatisfactory. I went with my family to get the 20 dollar chicken bucket. Apparently the customer before me ordered all of the chicken they had prepped so it was a 20 minute wait, which turned into 30 minutes. Im not upset with that as Ive worked customer service before. These things happen. What I am upset about is the fact that I asked for paper plates and forks. That I did not get because the main cashier was too busy kissing and borderline making out with I presume her boyfriend directly in front of me.

Nice clean KFC and they promptly got our order taken care of. Happy smiling helpful employees also. One star deducted for KFC as a corporation for going to "honey sauce" from real honey which is just crappy flavored corn syrup. For the price they get out of their chicken these days the least they could do is serve real honey.

We went through the drive thru and nother only did they completely mess up the order entirely but biscuits were cold an the mashed potatoes were way too hot....and when we called to inform the staff the didnt answer that call nor the 2 calls after....terrible...just terrible dont waste ur time

Kfc: there dinning room was disgusting. Every table was dirty. Leaving customers no where to sit. Another customer even asked a worker to clean them off a table and the worker did not do it. They had to clean off their own table to sit down.

I think if you are open for the dinner time you should make sure you have a lot of food ready. I can in and order and got told that there is not enough chicken for my order that I will be 30 min to 45 min wait.

There was no white meat chicken available and the crew seemed to think that it was alright ro tell you to wait for 40 minutes for your order. Dark meat was limited. Totally unsatisfactory.

About 80% of the time I go, they are out of chicken and the wait is 30-40 minutes. We have left several times because of this.
