I am not a fan of leaving negative reviews but the customer service I received from Popeyes is terrible. The food is great, but about a month ago my 9/yo daughter left her purse there (full of her allowance savings of $70). When we went back not more than 15 mins later, it was gone. I asked the manager if he could review the tapes. He told me he would and took down my number. I never heard from him so I called the next day. The shift lead said he wasnt there and she couldnt help me. I then called corporate. They took down my info and receipt number and promised a supervisor would call me. Long story short I called corporate two more times over the last month and each time was assured with the same robotic script that someone would be in contact with me. I dont know why no one will call me back but I know by now the tapes have likely been erased. Its upsetting because even though the money may not have meant anything to them, it meant something to my daughter. I feel the issue was swept under the rug. Maybe the tapes were reviewed and a fellow employee stole my daughters money? I can only speculate but they have definitely lost our business. Update- So far I have left one message with the GM one message with a shift lead and two messages at corporate. Its been over a month now with no response over my daughters lost purse and money. I just left a complaint on their website. I guess I will see if that works. Update-9/10 no response, yet Update-9/13 still no response

Went to counter ordered and waited for my meal, I stated for in restaurant, I tried to find out why the hold up, was told 2 more minutes. A couple came in after me ordered and sat down. I was finally called to come get my lunch, while she delivered the couple after me their meal. My meal was in to go container. No manager came and talked to me, the associate threw a red velvet cake, which I said I couldnt have when ordering. Disappointed.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. Just got my food and 10 minutes later they were telling us to get out because they were closing the lobby and their insurance did not cover people being in the dining area after closing hours. If this was the case maybe you should have informed us you were closing instead of asking us to leave before you closed!! Will never be back.

Worst service & food Ive received there. Order was wrong. Service was bad! Seems to be hit and miss here. Sometimes great, sometimes really bad. Chicken was more coating than meat. And hard as a rock! Really? And he totally messed up order... gave me chicken, but forgot sides. Thought lunch time food would be fresh and HOT - even thru the drive thru....

Love love love popeyes, I lived in Louisiana for over a year and misses the flavors of the South. I wouldnt say its "real" southern food. But its reminiscent of it. This place tops KFC by a landslide! Super friendly staff. Converted my KFC husband to popeyes too. Its his go to for a quick delicious meal.

Ordered sweet tea, was not sweet when I told the cashier she said she hoped it wouldve been but they were out. Had to wait about 10 minutes for my chicken strips with Mac n cheese and a side of slaw. Got to my place and was given two things of slaw and no Mac n cheese. Disappointed!

My issue is not with courtesy or food taste. But I needed an extra cole slaw. Asked for large and got about a cup of slaw for an added $5. That is over the top on price. Really? Not going back with those prices.

Food was gross and staff were slow...Spent 20$ on rubber chicken that we could not eat and waited about 13 minutes waiting for fries. Would not recommend to anyone and will not be returinng myself.

Good chicken but expensive. Their promotions 4 and 5 dollar promos disappear quickly. 4 dollar promo lasted one week and we were told they ran out of the promo. How do you run out of a promo?

I have gone to this Popeyes several times since they have opened. It is very clean, the food is great and the crew members there are always smiling, friendly and fat.
