Spotty service. Last time I was there, there were only three other people in the restaurant and it took me almost 10 mins. to get my burrito. Not a right off the grill chicken platter... Im talkin a burrito with pre-made chips that should have taken 2 minutes to assemble. I only go here because I have coupons and its so close to my house. Real sad as I grew up in So CA near what I believe is the original one in Santa Ana where we went almost once a week.

Worst service ever 25 minutes in drive thru. 4 cars pulled in and backed out. This place is ridiculous 25 minutes for supposed fast food. Will never go back they need a manager or someone who can run a fastfood place. Again if you could give a negative review thats what they deserve.

Love their citrus chicken! But my favorite is their salads. You can get low calorie salads here like their Classic Chicken Salad which is delicious (check their website for all nutrition information). The drive thru can be long but 99% of the time my orders have been accurate.

This location needs to invest in a new intercom. I do not blame the server, but she had to ask for my order 5 times. At home, I saw 2 of the 3 things I ordered were incorrect. Also, the chicken was a little overcooked.

We just love the friendly staff! The food is pretty good too. I usually stick to the low calorie menu and I love the large selection they offer. Another plus, its is easy to see what ingredients they use.

Terrible.... messed up our order. Charged us for extra side, that we did not receive.... were out of mash potatoes at 1:45 in the afternoon on a Saturday..and had no tea..Wow really...again terrible

I like El Pollo Loco! Only seen it in California and Nevada. Their chicken is delicious! And they have the best guacamole!!!! Not bad for a fast meal made fresh.
