DO NOT USE THESE LOCATIONS!!!!!! WARNING!!!!!! I have eaten at KFC all Over the USA BEing a Truck Driver I have had this oppertunity. I am on home time with my 75 year old grandparents and decided to eat at KFC OCT 19 2011 So my Granddad and me went to the location on 12th and Greenhurst after him saying that he has had nothing but problems with this location, ans how they nevefr have what he wants, so stupid on our part we went there to find out that they didnt have anything we wanted and that we would have to wait about 22 min well with that kinda service I would go pay at a sit down restarunt "right" so we go to the other location located on Main " caldwell BLV. and what do you know that location has what we want but they just cant seem to get the dang order right and stiffed us on the tatters and gravey. when we get home and find this out they wanted us to drive the 1/2 hour back to there for the tatters and gravy "right on" Then when I chewed them out and requested the District managers number they acted like This was bad well I think we need to take the Door greeter from Wall Mart and let them work the counter cant be any worse then what service this franchise is hireing now........... Hope the districe manager calls me back befor i go to the B.B.B. tomarrow Just a heads up on crappy service. Russell Williams

Oh where to start... Right so, after taking my girlfriend to this KFC. We were greeted by no one for a few seconds. Though this wasnt bad, the cashier was impatient and when asked if the sandwich ordered had tomatoes on it. we got an confusing answer about how what we ordered isnt what we were getting (we first ordered the doubleicious, which then were told that was the small sandwich. We were later told that we were going to get the double down). When we finally got our cups for the drinks, We found two bugs floating at the top of one of the drinks. Bringing this up to the cashier, her response was "Oh, looks like you got a little friend there". We got a new cup and that was all. After sitting down, we opened our meal to find that it was not the sandwich we asked for or paid for. The chicken was also dry, bread stale and hardly any sauce. I felt chipped out and did not have a good experience.

I went there this past week and had a wonderful time. I went close to 7 and I ordered a 12 piece meal. When I got to the window the female cashier informed me that they were 1 thigh short (which I understand seeing how it was extremely busy) they offered to give me another breast instead or I could pick something else. The customer service was excellent. The girl at the window was extremely friendly. Plus I really liked her purple hair. You could look through the window and see that they were all working together. Very pleased over all.

Great food and combined with A&W, very appetizing menu. Drive through was slower than I had hoped though. They often make you go Park and then they bring your food out to you. I thought the whole point of a drive thru was that I didnt have to park. I get it, but the time was a little slow.

For me fast food is what it is, I expect it to be edible and thats about it. But I was very impressed with your cashier Janet, she was very friendly and took everyones order quickly. It was a busy night and she was cheerful and patient through the madness! Im very impressed!

Have ordered $5fillups multiple times to be skimped on with burnt chicken. Ordered a chicken pot pie and maybe had 4 small bites of chicken (on a high estimate). Wont be going back. Popeyes drive is worth what you get.

The chicken was lit! And dont even get me started on that popcorn chicken! I also met a new friend named Doug, an employee at KFC, he was a really patient and well mannered employee.
