Feb. 2, 2017. My family (husband, son, baby & I) 1st time visiting this restaurant. At 1st this place looked great. Until we were seated near where they put the dirty dishes & near the trash. Employees just throw the plates so loud on the bin. It was uncomfortable to hear all those plates while we wait for our waitress to come to our table. Looking through the menu we thought the prices seems okay, until we actually got our food. Their combination plate was not worth how much we paid for or how much they charge. My husband was not happy with his $22 combination plate, he didnt like the steak & it wasnt even alot. Then I had the $18 combination. Not gonna lie, the Noodles was amazing! Probably the only food I liked in that place. Then I tried the fried rice, it was okay. Suddenly, I notice something blue on my fried rice I was about to eat. Lets just be real here, I found a cut up (1 piece) blue rubber band mixed on my fried rice. I told our waitress about it, she took the cut up blue rubber band. Here I am thinking she told the chief or her boss. Then, nothing happened.. They didnt do anything about it, I just see employees talking in a different language which is pretty rude. So, my husband & I decided to just leave. Ofcurse still have to pay full price for every order we had even with the plate I had. *Blue Rubber Band* Overall, my husband wasnt happy with the food. & I dont think well be coming back to this restaurant. I had high hopes for this place, several days we wish to go to this place then I ended up giving it a 2 star. Why 2 star? The Noodles was the only think amazing about this place. But thank you Samurai Japanese Steakhouse.

Weve lived in vegas for a year and tried time and time again to find a good sushi restaurant. We always left pretty disappointed, until we found this place because my husbands boss took him here. As soon as he got home that night, he told me we have to go eat there tomorrow and I fell in love with it too. Sushi is fresh and phenomenal tasting, and unbeatable prices. But the thing that impressed me the most is the service. You dont have just one waiter serving you, all the servers tag team it together. All we had to do was make eye contact with one of them if we were needing something, and theyd come check on us immediately. Even if they werent technically our server. They were quick and efficient, friendly but not in your face when youre trying to eat or talk. Just all around a good restaurant that is run right and goes the extra mile on customer service. Oh and theyre always busy (so clearly popular), but never a long wait to get a table I dont know how they do it!

My stepdaughter went here for her birthday tonight. the chef accidentally spilled soy sauce all over her sweater and shoes. Now if I were the manager of this restaurant or the owner, and this was someone elses daughter, I would find out about the clothing and replace them and there meal would be covered. However this is a japanese restaurant with a japanese manager that doesnt believe in "HONOR" Not only are they not replacing the clothing there only offer was to pay for dry-cleaning and a twenty five dollar discount on the meal. on the flip side the chef paid for the meal and fifty dollars towards the clothing out of his own pocket the manager went and hid in hi office. The word "COWARD" comes to mind WOW what a disappointment.

This is one of my favorite places to eat. Everything here is amazing, not just certain meals. You can get a meal with steak, fish, fried rice, noodles, a few rolls, salad, soup, etc, for about 14 to 20$$ and it is a really good meal the will fill you up. You can also get sushi, its reasonable priced. You can get all can eat for I think about $26 or about $23 for lunch. The sushi is amazing. Only one place has better sushi in my opinion and that is Yama. The staff here are very frigidly and nice. Its a really fun environment.

Good, affordable sushi rolls and sashimi. We have been here five or six times, a few times at the sushi bar, and once at the hibachi grill. The specialty rolls are less expensive per roll than most Japanese sushi restaurants, but my theory on how they can do this is by giving you smaller rolls. I dont mind this because I just get a greater variety of rolls for probably the same money. Service is usually decent-not great. Due to its good value and location, it is our favorite Japanese restaurant in the Vegas area to date.

This is one of our favorite places for date night. We LOVE the manager Kazu. He always makes sure to greet us and is always friendly. We also have our fav tempenyaki chefs gio has been cooking for us for 3 years now. He goes above and beyond always with his customers. Gio alwaus had a ton of regulars waiting to have him cook as he is awesome. . His food he makes is so flavorful and delicious. Another fav chef is Jack! We love him. He always is good for conversation and his food is delicious!---NAMS WIFE

Samurai is my favorite restaurant in Henderson. We tend to gather our family here for big group meals. We always request to have Gio cook for us because he is the best cook, hands down. Weve been known to move dates just to ensure that we do not eat there on Gios night off. I am partial to the shrimp dinner because I split it with my 5 year old who loves shrimp. Cant say enough good things about the food. Im making myself hungry!

I decided to eat at this restaurant for the first time since they offered all you can eat. Food was 6 out of 10 for me. So many house rules! Some items you can order only once! Menu did not specify which item was cooked in the sushi section so my friend who does not eat raw fish had a problem choosing what she wants. Unfortunately waitress was not very familiar with the menu either. With two beers cost me just about 80 bucks.

Been here more then a handful of times and service seems to fall more and more behind. Today they forgot my sons order and then they forgot we were there as we waited for a box and the check. We were basically ingored for more then 10 minutes and before it became 15 minutes I flagged someone down because I was seriously about ready to walk out since they didnt seem interested in having us pay the bill. Disappointing.

Unlike most sushi places where all the sushi tastes the same, each of the sushi here has a distinct different taste/flavor so you know what sushi/name you are eating. They do have all you can eat but only full order, not half/full like some places. If not all you can eat they have 2 different boats on the menu. For 2 people the small boat is fine but for more people (or really hungry) there is a larger boat.

Called in advanced made reservation, got there 10 min early. waited 10 minutes after reservation time to be seated. When seated there 5 other tables open. Why were we waiting? When the food came the order was wrong and incomplete. When we tried to change it to what we ordered, the waiter claimed we ordered what was there and did not take it back. Ate here a lot but i dont think were coming back.
