I really enjoyed the experience, it is certainly a great concept. Sort of a like a chipotle, build your own style. Which I very much liked, Im a vegetarian, so it was great to see so many veggy options! I do have one complaint though and why this is not receiving more stars. An employee by the name of Don was very rude to me and my mother upon our arrival, this was our first time there, not only did he not explain the menu and options, he tried to rush us by telling us what we should have on our pizza," what type of sauce you want, you probably want the regular kind right, then repeated his actions when selecting our cheese... no, we did not want cheddar btw... -_-", and when I did suggest he improve upon his attitude, he proceeded to argue with me and try to justify his actions. There is no excuse for rudeness, especially in a work space based solely on a customers experience. In a new restaurant as well, I would never hire such a person. Ever.

This place is the best! Love this pizza anyway, the staff is always welcoming and helpful. So makes the whole experience an enjoyable time. I am glad to see they are no longer wasting so much food, as when they first opened they would crush your food as they put it on the pizza and thus spreading it all over the counter what they missed. Seems they were retrained to get the food on the pizza not the floor. This place can be very busy during rush hours, so I try to go just before or after to avoid the long lines, but even if I do hit a rush hour, your wait isnt too long. Management needs to provide better writing tools for staff, new and more often. Nutrition information is online, I didnt ask for it in house.

They make delicious pizzas, no doubt. The only real problem I have is with the ordering process at the restaurant. It is way too rushed and borderline chaotic. Last time I was there I was ordering two pizzas and there was a point where two people were asking me different questions at the exact same time, practically talking over each other. Can we dial it back just a little bit? At that point, I just wanted to finish the order and didnt really care about what I actually wanted on my pizza. It really makes me not want to dine-in just I dont have to deal with it but the last time I ordered take-out, there some mismatched toppings on the two pies. Not the end of the world but still annoying nonetheless.

My husband and I havent heard of Blaze Pizza, until I received a free pizza card to their place. I must say it was meant to be! I recently began a strict diet of gluten free - and one thing to miss is a delicious pizza crust. Blaze Pizza did not let me down in this department! Their crust was seriously amazing and did not taste any different then a normal crust would be (matter fact, might even taste better!) My husband and I really enjoyed the environment and look forward to returning, as we called it "our little pizza joint"! Thanks, Blaze! GREAT & FRIENDLY staff as well!

This place is awesome! This place is sort of like the Chipotle of pizza, except way better. Tons of options for customizing your pizza. Pretty good value too. You will definitely get full here. Also wanted to add, the staff and service here is really amazing. Another thing that is often overlooked, a small detail that really makes this place special are their drinks. Of course they have the normal soda fountain, but they also have free refills on fresh lemonade and a number of aqua fresca type fruit drinks. Highly recommended.

I came during their lunch rush, yet even though the line was to the door I got through the line and received my food in about 10 minutes! I ordered gluten and dairy free, and it was very easy to do so! They even offer glove changes for those with high sensitivity. And then the actual food... SO good! $10 well spent. Ever single bite was amazing, and it completely filled me up. Service was pretty good too! Overall, will definitely be back and tell my friends!

Great service. Staff is awesome. Have never had a bad experience. Tried it a few months back during a sponsored school event where they donated a portion of proceeds to or Elementary school. We have been back 10 times since. This is a build your own pizza joint. From start to finish if you dont have to order off the menu. A bit of advice add Ricotta cheese you wont be disappointed. Also experiment with different tastes. #howdoyoublaze

#veganpizza still on my shirts for the perfect vegan pizza theyve come awful close. The best so far and by far the best service of any fast casual place Ive ever been. The staff was extremely helpful move me on Down the Line. Very generous with the toppings and information regarding the various ingredients in the pizza. Came out to about 11 bucks which is half the price I paid for similar type restaurant who shall remain nameless.

Incredibly happy with my dinner! Gluten free and allergy friendly made all the difference! I have celiac and it is very hard to eat out. This place was considerate, kind and did NOT contaminate my food :)They usee separate utensils and sauces. They also cooked it on a special mat so it didnt cook where flour pizzas had. Very impressed, very good and very allergy friendly ♡♡♡♡highly recommend celiac folk!

Ive been here over a dozen times, always had a good experience. The great thing about blaze is the option to build your own pizza (or choose one of theirs). The pizzas are personal style pizza, my wife and I generally get our own pizzas. They have a wide variety of meats, vegetables and sauces for your pizza. My wife and the kids can choose what they want and I can get what I want. Highly recommended.

For a quick pizza fix and not being obligated to a way bigger pizza that one person needs to eat, This Place is HOT! Damn Hot and the individual size pizzas are tasty, with plenty toppings to choose from and get this, they dont even charge extra for substitutions and extra toppings and such. YeeHaw! Dont break the bank and enjoy some pizza. I didnt try the Smores thing, Maybe next time.

I love the "Vine Ripe" pizza. The tomatoes on it are delicious as well as all the other ingredients which the menu states are "ovalini mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, parmesan, basil, red sauce, olive oil drizzle". The size of the pizza is small and is made for one person. They are reasonably priced. It can get very busy but the employees are very efficient and the line goes very fast.

I usually get the GF crust here - they must have recently changed it. It looks and tastes different; I also got fairly sick (intolerant digestive disease) after eating which had never happened with their previous crusts. Quality is ok, I prefer some of the other chain pizza shops. Likely wont be eating here again after the bad GF crust experience.

1st time to Blace it was my daughters 20th birthday, staff and service was amazing!!! We all built our own pizzas and my daughters is Vegan which they have those choices and I am not I can say the food was far better than expected. Thank you Blaze for an amazing experience for me and my family on my daughter Taylors 20th
