Maybe other people interpret the meaning of "steak & cheese only" or "nothing but the steak & cheese," or "yes, just the steak, cheese, & bread, nothing else, no onions, no peppers or any other vegetebles, toppings or condiments" differently but when I was told by the person receiving my order that they got it, steak & cheese only," I did not expect to find myself biting into a huge mushroom. On closer inspection, it was not an unhappy accident but the sandwhich was chock full of them. These mushrooms are virtually identical in color to the steak, with the assurance I received ordering I thought the sandwich was as I ordered & proceeded to bite into it without hesitation. The taste texture then site of the mushroom was enough to appetite for a while. Again the mushrooms were very large & on a second glance, clearly thoroughly mixed withing the steak. Being a "picky eater," my entire life, I am adept at to how to best order food to avoid unpleasant experiencings. No matter how many times Ive ordered somewhere, I make sure to order it as necessary, every time. Being as "picky" as I am, its not that unusal for my order being incorrect, despite my ordering it clearly. At McDonalds. & they totally get a pass. At such a restaurant that is acceptable. For example there may be a language barrier, or word just doesnt make it from the register to the kitchen. Sometimes those preparing the food just dont care. At McDonalds I would find pretty much any reason acceptable for my order being wrong. Im not technically allergic to mushrooms but they do make me literally sick when I taste them. Mushrooms are similar in color to many things I do find edible. People have tried to convince I wouldnt notice them in different meals. Im 35 years old, I know that I dont like them, I do taste them even when they are mixed in, and they are a surefire way Ill lose my appetite. Im writing all this to clarify I do not nitpick over a small issue. I find it hard to complain over a mistake to my order. First of all, being sickened isnt that small of an issue, and second, I do consider mistakes to be a small issue when they are one. Like at McDs. In that case, I wouldnt eat the food but Im wouldnt send it back & expect an improvement, nor would I write about it. Raving reviews & words of confidence on their website led me to give them a try. The truth is, the hype &the reality dont add up. Im sure that their food isnt altogether bad, but this sort of thing isnt a characteristic of the quality they claim to be. Furthering my resolve to give this review, is something else. My mother tells me after we ordered from them later that she had made sure to order the onions on the side, because she does not like cooked onions. This of course, is not a fault of the restaurant, and they correctly and successfully accommodated this request. But my dear mother bless her heart, said that while she discussed this with the man over the phone, he proceeded to tell her that she was wrong, they do not cook their onions, they were cooked after being placed within the hot sandwich. Omfg. Are you serious. How about the customer is always right you 6 letter word starting with D referring to a womans personal hygene product. You could agree with the lady, the onions do get cooked on our hot sandwiches, but it is no trouble for us to place them on the side and keep from them cooking for you. I could go on. There is one more thing that I could mention. But ill give you pies guys a tip. Go to firehouse, take note how all the young people behind the counter speak to the customers and their overall demeanor.

WOW!! Are these all paid reviews or what?? I absolutely LOVE pizza! Ive had many AMAZING pizzas in the Midwest (Michigan & Chicago) and NYC. Ive also had at least 20 different pizzas in Vegas. And at least 25 different frozen pizzas. THIS pizza was in the top 5 WORST Ive ever had IN MY LIFE!! Ive honestly never had a pizza this thin and with this few ingredients on it. NEVER! Two pepperonis, two mush and two onions per slice! With a super thin dusting of cheese on dry super thin crust. And the taste was HEAVY garlic and a little too salty. Me and my friends each had one slice and threw the rest in the garbage. Honestly, I would grade it an "F". NOTHING was right about this pizza. I said it was top 5 worst, that includes frozen pizzas. Paying $25 for a pizza from this business? One WAS the worst Ive ever had! I see many reviews that agree with me, worst ever. But some really like this place. Whats the deal? One day theyre bad, one day theyre pretty good? If thats the case, they need to tighten up the work staff. Every time some kid gives a customer the worst pizza theyve ever had in their life, its bad for business... Another thing, this pizza looks NOTHING like the photos on the website or the TV show. It might have been the thinnest pizza I ever had in my life. I could see the bottom of the box through the top of it!! Ha! You charge so much for this pizza. Put .50 cent more dough and $1 worth of ingredients and make a good product. Regardless of what your business is making now, you could DOUBLE it if you served greatness instead of BS...

Those Guys Pies is one of my absolute favorite food dives in Las Vegas!! Top quality ingredients, superior service and the best tasting dishes keep me coming back again and again! I cant stop ordering their chicken fingers! Their sauces are AMAZING too and absolutely compliment their huge, freshly battered and fried fingers. Pineapple Buffalo, Sriracha Sweet Chili Aioli and the Spicy BBQ is amazing! Every other place in town only offers ranch as if its the only dip in existence and they really need to take pointers from "Those Guys". I ordered a sausage, meatball and onion pie once and its absolutely incredible. They prepped the ingredients the best way possible and it shows in the flavor! I dont know what planet some of these other reviewers live on... complaining about seating and things that have nothing to do with the final outcome of the food is immature, childish and irresponsible!! Please grow up and stop complaining about "Those Guys"... for those of us who know we arent going to a dine in restaurant or a K-Mart for dinner, you are pointing people away from a place that has the absolute best in Pizza, Fingers and Cheese Steak sandwiches and if I relied on your reckless reviews, I never would have found this place! Thanks again "Guys"... whoever you are, Im truly grateful for the hard work and love you put into your food!!

Sorry but way overprice pizza with an extremely sweet sauce I love pizza and the 30 dollar pizza I ordered was horrible each bite was overloaded with sweetness would not recommend this place to any one I had herd great things from other people but if that was the case I would have enjoyed my pizza I have seen comments even from the owner that Im sorry you caught us on an off day well consistency is everything for a business hopefully no one else catches you on an off day or youll get comments just like mine
