Came in with 2 friends excited to try this place out. I ordered fussilli pasta with meatballs. The guy at the cashier seemed a bit confused but took my order and accepted payment. He served me pasta with a white sauce and chicken. I said to the server I ordered fussilli with meatballs. The server slapped 2 meatballs on top of the chicken and brought it to me. I got up and brought the dish to the register. I told the woman at the counter what happened. Non chalantly she took the plate and said she would change the order. A few m8nutes later a woman brought the correct order and apologized. Just like that. I paid too much money for lousy service!

My family are regulars here. The wood fired thin crust pizza is outstanding, but it is pretty small and goes down quickly and doesnt really fill you up. I really like the Pepperoni Crimini Mushroom pizza as my go to. My daughter always gets the macaroni and cheese that I consider among the best that I have ever had. There is always some left over and I like to use that to supplement the pizza and fill me up. Salads are fresh and served more chilled than most places, and I appreciate that. My go to salad is the Caesar and I add grilled salmon to it to make it into a meal. Great food here!

Worth the wait & hype! We had a 5pm rsvp so we were one of the first ones to show up. There are plenty of street parking on Sante Fe so save the $7.50 valet fee. There were a lot more tables than I expected and the place was packed in no time. They said the menu changes daily, but pretty much any dish will be a hit. The veal tartare and the bone marrow w/ gnocchi were my favorite. The latter was one of the best plates Ive had. Also the cavatelli & uni plates were excellent! Bestia is a wonderful restaurant with flavorful food matched with top notch customer service.

Found hair in 3 pizzas and 1 in a salad I ordered. I mean one hair shouldnt happen but is understandable I mean mistakes happen but 4?! They need to have the cooks wear hair nets. Someone (Im guessing the manager) came out and apologized but tried to make up some excuse and basically blamed the hair on us but the hairs were different colors than the people that were eating them. Blaming us was totally uncalled for would have went back but with the hairs and service going back isnt even an option.

Ive been dining at this location for a while. At one point this location provided good food and service, and I would have recommended it to anyone. However, the last 3-4 times has been a monumental waste of time and money. The most recent time the paninis came out about 5 minutes from one another and the meat was cold. Obviously the poor service and lower food quality from the last few visits was not a fluke, so I will not be dining at this location again.

Its gotten so bland! The quality has been going down consistently for the past year or so and now I dont even bother paying a visit. I think since leaving FRC is when it really went downhill. The food used to be reasonably priced for the quality but now its too expensive for what it is. Completely bland pizza and mac & cheese. I used to LOVE the mac but now I wouldnt go near it. Hopefully it goes up in quality for its own sake!

If you like thin crust pizza, it doesnt get any thinner than this. I had the mozzarella, fontina, basil pizza, and it was delicious. Its so thin that I had no problem finishing the whole 12" pizza myself. They also offer hand-stretched pizza, but I havent tried it. I paired my pizza with the current local beer offering, a Huss Brewing blonde ale. A nice lunch.

Recently went to Sauce and ordered the Suprema pizza and Italian salad. Pizza was very bland, flavorless, and extremely greasy and bread soggy. The salad was chopped so finely that it was like already been chewed lettuce and submerged in vinegar. Only thing i slightly enjoyed was the crust...disappointing for my first visit.

I use to love this place but ever since they got rid of some people I use to see there, the place has really gone down hill. Food is always late and orders are wrong. Somethings are sometimes burnt. Not as happy as I use to be with this place. Its just sad.
