We have visited the location several times, each time hoping there will actually be pizzas that are "hot and ready" as we always wait AT LEAST 15min. We decided to give it one last chance this past week... on a Wednesday at 2:30pm, after the lunch rush. Upon arriving, there was only two families waiting inside - it looked hopeful. However, it was quickly evident that the other two families were upset and waiting for their order... one of which was waiting on a refund for a charge mistake and was very upset. No one was in line, and there appeared to be ample pizzas available in the warmers. I asked " what pizzas are hot and ready", and the teenage girl working the register never made eye contact, appearing overwhelmed, simply stated "nothing". I said "really? nothing at all?"... and she continued with a huff, "no". I stood there for a few seconds in disbelief, then left never to return. While explaining the surreal experience to my wife in the car, a woman and her daughter entered and we could see another negative experience unfold, resulting in them leaving quickly with visible disdain. Epic management fail - lack of training, ineffective forecasting, and zero customer centricity. The pizza is actually decent, but not worth the aggravation. If you want cheap pizzas, order ahead, or run up the road to the El Mirage location... we did and I was in and out in less than a minute.

We went in about 8:50ish P.M. today, and the teenage at the cashier was polite with us. She informed my mother and I that the bread sticks were NOT ready, and that we had to wait ten minutes. We agreed and went to Walgreen, that is right next door to the store, to buy drinks. When we came back, it was obvious that the bread sticks were done, because a man(who we assume must be the manager to be giving any FREE bread sticks), gave a couple that came AFTER us their pizza and two orders of bread sticks, which one was given to them for free. The man gave it to them because they were "waiting too long" even though we came first. My mother informed the man that we ordered first and the man looked confused. He than went over to the cashier to see if we actually ordered. He than went into back without saying anything to us. There was laughter and jokes being thrown about in the back. The same teenage girl who took our orders than had to dress more bread sticks for us and we had to wait a good five minutes for her to be done. Unlike with the previous couple, they did not give us anything to us for "waiting". My mother asked for the manager that was on site and the same teenager went into the back and my mother had to wait five more minutes for her to get the name. She wrote it down and told us that the manager on site was Brandon Crotts.

Up until a few months ago we got fairly decent service from this location, but the last visit was pretty bad. I didnt recognize any of the staff. I called in a preorder for pickup; two deep dish pizzas, one veggie and one pepperoni. Seemed simple enough, but the guy taking the order seemed to have a hard time understanding it. When I arrived to pick it up, the girl at the register seemed just as clueless. I had to repeat my order at least three more times, and she still gave me the wrong order. Then she told me shed have to charge me for another pizza to actually get the pizza I ordered in the first place. Only after repeating my order again, and letting my annoyance show, she finally got it right. Seems they have a hard time taking an order for anything other than a Hot n Ready. Other customers were there waiting for their orders and seemed somewhat annoyed with their service as well. Didnt seem overly busy.

Pizza is never ready. We always ask for whatever is supposed to be hot and ready. I have witnessed a gal rudely toss pizza on the counter when asked how much longer the wait it. I was in last night and told eight minutes and when my order was done 20 minutes later she rudely asked if I was still around then said well your pizza is ready. Then turned around and walked away. In the back you hear a lot of screwing around and laughing. The pizza also is never consistent. Sometimes its sloppy with tons of sauce. Other times very little sauce and all the toppings are in the middle and you have a large amount of crust. Will be using dominoes in the future. Theirs prices arent much different and their pizza is consistent and comes faster by delivery than little ceasers

Its seriously alarming how terrible the service, staff, food, and over all experience we just had. Honestly, just get out of surprise. You have absolutely zero pride and every part of your business lacks integrity. Stop hiring people who dont want to be there. Stop allowing people with zero people skills to take orders and talk to customers. I mean, you guys make pizzas! If you cant make a simple pizza and do it with a smile, you will never amount to anything at all. This is possibly the worst food in Arizona state... disgusting! Whole pizza went right in the trash and we just ordered from Barros. Just close this business down so someone else has the chance to move into that location! Get out!

If I could give them 0 stars I would! Called in a order of 9 pizzas and 4 crazy breads at 9am for a 1230 pick up. 1230 comes around I tell the cashier my name and she tells me it was a going to be a few minutes. So I stand there waiting and waiting the cashiers have my pizzas away I didnt get out of there until after 100! My party had already started and when I asked about my pizzas and told the girl that was in charge that called in my order 2 hours ago she completely ignored me! No Im sorry no acknowledge from anyone! Never again!

The staff is friendly and the location is clean. It does seem like everytime we buy food here it gets worse and worse though. I regret buying a pizza today. Shortly after eating everyone in my family complained of serious stomach pains and indigestion from the pizza sauce. Id avoid this place and spend a few bucks more on something a little less acidic. On a positive note, the extra sauce did work well to clean the battery terminals off in my car.

Called in an order at 445pm, showed up and waited in line. Called to see if I could skip the line because I called in my order, they said no but my order was ready 515pm. Fine I will wait in line, only to get to the counter at 530pm and they tell me my order isnt ready. Really, really, is this seriously how you run your business? Maybe its time for some training on customer service. Walked away paying too much for mediocre pizza, not coming back.

I really dont complaining. But these teenagers dont know anything about customer service or a schedule. I came in 3 hours early and placed a order for 3 pizzas and 2 orders of crazy bread. Order was for 4:15pm I have a bday party to get back to. Its now 4:30pm the time that I should of been back but instead waiting for my order. This is terrible service. I havent even ate the pizza yet. So lets hope that we actually enjoy the pizza.
