I have never been treated so terribly. I waited 30 mins until I said anything. I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas, 2 crazy breads with marinara and 1 cheesy bread. I was told I just had to wait for the bread. Never gave me a time frame. After awhile a guy who had ordered after me came in, showed them his receipt and received his pizza. At this time a line had formed and she then turned to some other guests that came in 10-15mins after me, asked for their receipt and gave them their order. She then turns to a customer waiting to order and tries to take his order. He looked at me and asked if she was going to check on my order.(he had heard me talking to some other customers about the long wait). So she turns to me, I hand her my receipt and she snatches it out of my hand. She looks at it and says shes waiting on the bread. Seriously?! I sigh and sit down. By this point I am beyond over it. I say "Im done, I just want a refund". She asks if I paid with cash or a card. I tell her card and she does the refund and snaps at me that it will take 3-5 business days. As Im walking out she asks if I still want the pizzas. I snap back "no, Im done" and I walk out. I dont know her name but she was wearing a Popeyes shirt. A friend was with me and she had stepped out 15 mins after I had ordered because she was aggravated.

This place is ridiculous. The staff is unprofessional, the product lacks quality and the majority of the employees are unreliable. I called to place an order an hour ahead for 2 pepperoni and 2 cheese pizzas (these are hot and ready pizzas they should always have ready) for my childrens Birthday Party. I told them the order needed to be ready by 1pm. 1:20 and they only have two pizzas ready, the staff was rude to my wife. After the party I drove down there to talk to the manager and she just left. I asked for the district managers number, called her left a message. Almost a month and a half later no call back from the District Manager. If the upper level management doesnt care about their customers, or business why would anyone below them? I will not eat Little Caesars until my comments are heard and someone makes an attempt to remedy the situation. Its a shame these corporations take their customers forgranted, they continue to provide a lack luster product, horrible customer service and we as Americans dont demand the quality and service we deserve. Its time to change that. Take a stand and dont eat this restaurant.

The good reviews have to be FAKE!!! Horrible management! Never have I not waited at this location. The male manager working morning shift 11/25/2016 was extremely argumentive with the customers who all three had bad pizzas! Not just me! We all had bad pizzas INSTEAD OF SAYING "sorry, how can I fix that" but he went on about how its not his fault, he didnt make the pizzas, and his exact words was "its not my fault hes new what do you want me to do!" Just arguing with all three customers and threw his hands up! People walked out because they saw how rude he Was! No one was helping the new employee at ALL! Please please just go to another close location! Its worth the drive! The time convince will not make a difference because they always have you wait!!

I ordered a regular deep dish, waited for 10 mins, someone ordered a special deep dish well done after me and he still got his pizza before me. I asked where my pizza was and she asked for my name. She didnt ask me for my name during the order so of course she confused herself, gave me my pizza and I left. Not the worst service but please pay attention to the order of your customers. I cant my allow my companies to be criticize of me and allow these people to slide. Very frustrating that I cant seem to find a good little Caesars in Vegas.

Horrible customer service!!! Every time we go we wait almost 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledges us. Today we showed up no other customers just us. There were 2 guys in the back talking amongst each other. They each peaked over and seen us but said nothing to us. We waited some more Then finally a lady comes around the corner doesnt say anything to us again and is counting pizzas. Finally turns around and asks what We want. They are always rude. We will from now on go else where.

Very ridiculous had me waiting on the phone for 15 minutes and then hung up so i came inside to order and they claimed that the phone has be ringing all day and then said the phone was messed up when i told them i have been waiting on the phone for 15 minutes. Your guys customer service is horrible im sorry to say, and I believe the one who had me on hold for the 15 minutes was named Ray and when i got there all he was doing was talking about stuff and was swearing in the back

Worst customer service EVER. THE "manger" was beyond rude. Order cheese bread they pulled it out of the warmer. In front of me said she didnt know if it was still good, then try to sell it to me. When I asked if she could make a new one. She said she didnt want to... Really. Not the first time I had HORRIBLE service here. Every time staff is so rude. But I kept going back but never again. Wouldnt even give it 1 star but had to to wright this review.

I just left Ceasars and I just want to give appreciation to the cashier. She was so incredibly sweet despite the stress and madness. I didnt catch her name, I think it starts with an N. She had the blonde highlights at the end. I think she deserves a raise, at least recognition for her hard work. Thank you Ms. Cashier woman! 12/9/16 at 7 pm

poor customer service! every time i come here the person behind the registers always rude and never gets my order right. i came in the other night for a hot and ready which they should already have ready and i had to wait 20-30 minutes. And when the pizzas came our they complete skipped my order and i had to wait for another pizza.

Im standing in the store right now, 6pm on a Wednesday evening being told they "just opened." Directly in front of this person is an advertisement for their lunch combo. So, you dont do the lunch combo if you open at 6pm? Give me a break. Im not quite sure what I expected, though. Pretty poor service.

I just called there, the person picks up the phone and said " Hello thank you for calling...how can I help you...we are closed" im never calling there and again and I will be telling everyone of my co-workers to not go to that store again...thanks for nothing!!

Ive only been to two Little Caesars and both of them that I went to the pizzas have really sucked not as much pepperoni as they say and theyre always burnt and the crazy bread is always hard as a rock by time you get home no garlic or butter or say very little
