Have had some bad experiences with this Kingman location. When you ask for well done and the order was called in and they tell you it will be done in 10 to 15 mins and you get their and your order wait is 35 mins later. But then they hand you a regular pizza that is not well done. Then they tell the guy who is receiving the orders at the last min to make a well done pizza your whole wait time is 55 mins. I thought they should have refunded my money back because of all the problems but no. Instead the manager just tells you sorry it took so long. This has happened on more then one occasion. I will never go back to this pizza place again. If you dont ask for the pizza to be well done you get it under cooked. Half the time you get massive diarrhea from it. It may be a cheap dinner for some familys but in my book I would not even send my dog to order or eat this places food. I have had little Cesars pizza in las Vegas and have never had diarrhea from their food just the Kingman location. They dont wear gloves like other locations I have been to. Not recommended .

Stopped in to get a pizza and the loaded crazy breads bites. The teen behind the register rudely says we dont sell those anymore. Another customer asked since when. She replied yesterday. I told her The company is still running ads with them and also pointed out they were still on their menu. She lied to us stating the entire company stopped selling them the night before and they shouldnt be running commercials. It is now a week later and we still watch the commercials showing them. I then had to wait 15 minutes for our hot and ready pizza. When I came back I retrieved the order and asked for red pepper. She said we dont carry that either or the cheese. I usually dont go to Little Caesars in Kingman since their customer service is really poor. But this employee took the cake!

Its pretty good, but not as good as Bullheads. Its a great value and the food is decent. They dont use enough corn meal on the bottom of the pizza. Ive had guys say they didnt have any pizza ready and wont have any for 25 minutes, they couldnt change a $20. Ive had one of the managers not even say "thanks" or "have a good day" when I left. Who knows though, everyone has bad days. Overall though, its pretty good.

I asked for Pizza cheese and I got my head chewed off. I waited for 20 minutes for "hot and ready pizzas". They have been rude the last three times I have been there. I will NEVER buy anything from them. Steer clear and go to Dominos. Dominos has better pizza and a better customer service experience overall.

Paid for a 3 meat and was given a cheese pizza then when I call they pick up just to hang up on me ... so sick of business thinking because there about to close they dont have to deal with anyone. If you close at 10 then answer your phone till 10

The store manager is very prejudice, and yells at her employees in front of customers. Some employees are very quiet but nice and others dont really care about talking they just gotta get the work done.

Service was prompt and friendly. Food was what you would expect from Little Caesars. Requested a no sauce pizza and they had no issues making it fairly quick.
