Really pretty bad experience and this is coming from someone who works retail and understands how big of assholes the general public can be. That being said it was only our waitresss 3rd day on the job and it was ufc fight night which meant the place was packed and she was really in over her head with absolutely no help from any of the other wait staff. I was there for a total of 3 hours and only got asked if I needed a drink by her once. When she did ask she wrote my order on a ticket book that had so much chicken scratch on it it looked like a schytzophrenic had used it for a journal. I tried to politely decline and keep getting my drinks at the bar as I was terrified of what my tab might come to after witnessing that hot mess. Really not her fault though as she was completely out of her depth and no one was helping her. I was getting drinks at the servers station at the bar all night because of the bar being so full and was pushed out of the way multiple times by another sections waitress without a single excuse me. The same waitress also asked me frustrated several times when the final fight would be on. She seemed like she just wanted everyone gone. Then a friend of mine ordered vodka lemonades for us and they were definitely vodka waters. He politely asked the bartender if he could get them made again. We even returned the drinks full so its not like we were asking for more alcohol. Just the drinks we had originally ordered. He was told it was correct and they would not repour it. He asked them to taste it and tell him it was lemonade and not water. She did and said it tasted fine so either she had no tastebuds or she was covering up her mistake. My friend asked for the manager and he came over and did the same thing and told said friend he needed to go sit down because they would not be repouring anything so we left the drinks at the bar and didnt even take them back to our table with us. All in all pretty bad which is sad because this place has an amazing patio and firepits etc. And the times I have been there when its not that busy the service has been fine. I feel bad for the new waitress with no help and the owner who doesnt realize how much money he is probably losing on a wait staff that isnt rude but simply cant deal well with customer volume and cant work a pos system. I drank probably $60 in booze and was only charged 20 on my tab. When I tried to tell them it was wrong they told me it was right and not to worry about. They got a tip for that at least. Also we were swore at several times. I need to stop now because the longer I type the more things I think to write. This might never end.

First of all, their bartender was throwing up right behind the bar, in front of customers and then continued to make drinks. Gross. And then my car got hit by some drunk idiot and instead of coming to talk to me about it they just left. The wait staff obviously knew something about it since he is the one to tell me it got hit. But how did he even know that, did he see it happen and not feel like telling me who it was or was he covering for some friend? Was overall really upset with my experience there and will not be going back anytime soon.

I was in Saints eating, enjoying my food, until l was interrupted by a roach who was interested in what l was eating! I was surprised because I had dined there before without any issues. Any kind of rodents (rats, roaches, etc.) is a sign of uncleanness or a lack there of! Shut your establishment for a weekend to rectify this problem. Its all about keeping your place sanitized and free of germs or pathogens. Where there is one..there is many more! FIX THIS ISSUE!

Great food and drinks but just had the worst server Ive had in my life! My girlfriend and I just sat down at 10:45 PM and wanted to order dinner. The server came to get our drinks and automatically she was just madly yelling at us and demanded if we wanted food we had to order food right now before 11. So we just ordered a simple app and gave her a .25 tip with a note on the ticket and left!

Amazing food and experience. My wife and I have been going to Addison for the last 3 years to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We love the attention to detail and service. You will spend at least 2-3 hours getting dinner but the whole experience is well worth it. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating as youd expect with such a high end restaurant.

Sitting here as I write this I love this place but our waitress (the one with the tat on her neck) has the worst attitude ever...were the most easy going family and I can just say its making a pretty uncomfortable visit so far. Gotta get ppl that like ppl in here..otherwise food is always good.

Food is okay. Kind of expensive for bar food but the menu options are definitely a step up from your traditional bar food. Im a big fan of their outdoor seating area. Nice fireplaces and they allow dogs outside!

They get yew NHL package which is vital! Live music sometimes and the new food menu has several food options. Try the chicken pablano dip and black bean or fried egg burger.

Food is great..staff is friendly.. view from patio is Great! From about 4- close the sun wont be beating down on you which is awesome. Patio looks out on a beautiful pond.

The back patio area is a huge surprise! Theres a lake, gas firepit tables, and great staff! Dog friendly, and great food! Loved it!
