Mall location- Worst pizza place in topeka. Horrible, rushed service. I understand that the store gets busy, but that is not a reason to give paying customers crappy service. The pizza was really, really bad as well. There was pretty much no crust at all. Literally just like my pizza was surrounded by a cracker. My pizza was also burned as well, and there was food and sauce between the slices leftover from other pizzas. It must have got caught on the blade and they didnt clean it before cutting mine. Horrible! I cant imagine how many other pizzas got disgusting food and sauce they didnt order just because these workers are too lazy to take customers into consideration and clean the blade. When i asked for a remake, they were rude and told me to wait til they got the line clear. They didnt even look at me! So i threw that crap away and went to Pie Five, where i had a great experience. Pie Five was awesome, service was great! Pizza Pub though, dont ever go there.

Great place to get a good personal pizza and a beer! I frequent here often. They do offer Gluten Free alternatives. If you are super sensitive to gluten you might be cautious. They try their best, but I have witnessed them not changing their gloves and using the same utensils between regular and gluten free orders. This is fine for us gluten eating folks with cast iron stomachs but for others it could be a deal breaker with a quick trip to the bathroom. I would suggest calling or talking to the management if this is your first time.

Pizza was over baked, hard & thin, when crust was suppose to be thick, like pan style, therefore should have been chewy or softer than we received. Toppings were good. Employees were real nice. Its just the oven boy let the pizzas bake or sit in oven way too long. Toppings were also burnt some. Would recommend that the oven boy be taught to take them out when their supposed to be

The decor isnt fancy, but you can get some decent pizza at a reasonable price... The place is a Pie Five concept (customize your pizza in a line similar to what youd find at Subway). I personally liked the pizza here better than Pie Five, as it was a little bigger and more filling.

Its good quality, customized personal- sized pizza. Wide variety of toppings, sauces, and drinks (alcohol & one of those touch-screen Coke machines). Hit or miss on crowd size: sometimes no seats available while other times you have the place to yourself. Will recommend to friends!

Usually get great service! Called in a order today got there and was told he didnt have the order. The order ended up being by the register. He was very rude and argumentative. Its a shame because I loved that place but Ill never darken there doors again!

While the food was good they made me wait for 5 mins while they did there own things no one in front of me then charged me for topping that where supposed to be included watch out it might just be a buck each item but it adds up
