I used to come here when it was J Blacks. Love what they have done with the place. Looks so much better. The staff has always been very nice. The food is really good too. Their cheese fries have jalapenos on them but they arent spicy like pickled jalapenos. More on a sweeter side. Its a nice twist to a bar food favorite. Huge selection of craft beers. The music is on point as well.

Thereve been many pubs popping up around Dallas recently (and I have to try them ALL), but this is one of the best. Some pub food can get quite repetitive, but trying something new is made pretty easy here. Great staff and drinks, too. My only warning is to not sit too close to the mini-golf on the patio during the day. Little kids might land a ball in your beer.

Not memorable. Okay beer menu. The food was decent. Staff was 50/50. Sat at the bar. One male bartender was rude and was overly concerned with the game on TV and his conversation with his buds. The other staff member, a female bartender, was friendly and attentive.

Came for St Patricks day and, as expected, it was incredibly crowded. However, despite the crowd, service was excellent. Fast and friendly bar staff made the experience as festive as St Paddys day should be.

Skellig now serves HACKER PSCHORR!!!! Yes!! If you havent tried hacker, it is a 600 YEAR OLD German beer called the HEAVEN OF THE BAVARIANS! Combined with the great, unique food, ILL surely be back.
