Terrible place to get pizza from. I have had numerous mistakes from here that involve. Doughy pizza, burnt pizza, undercooked wings and missing items. After submitting numerous reports about this location. Pizza hut decides to take away my delivery option to where i can only do carryout. After trying to resolve the issue with a teenage manager who has no experience in what he is doing. He accuses me of scammimg them for free food. Why would i do that when they just mess everything up. This place is terrible i wont be surprised if the place closes soon.

Just ordered delivery from the West Broadway store. I ordered two hand tossed single topping pizzas. They were paper thing and were horrible tasting. Plus one of the pizzas half of it was upside down in the box. So called the store and they didnt care to do anything to fix the issues. My family will never eat their pizza again.

Ordered 8 large pizzas on a Saturday evening for pick up on Sunday 3/26 at noon. Pizzas were hot, fresh and ready when I arrived. Wish I could remember the young mans name who helped me because he was very courteous and friendly. Will definitely order here again.

This Pizza Hut loction sucks!!! Every single time Ive ordered from this loction my food been messed up or part of my orders been missing. West Pierce location rocks never had any issues with them but I wouldnt recommend 22nd and broadway

Well after 2 phone calls 10 mins on hold it was only 45 minutes late and of course cold. The reason, you know we are busy and short handed. Thats twice in a row now. I think we are done with Pizza Hut and there poor attempts and excuses.

They always seem to be out of stuffed crust pizza tried to order here off and on for the past few months and they NEVER seem to have any, also had past issues with very rude staff that have hung up on me when i call in orders

Avoid this place! Whatever you seem to order, they are always out of PIZZA DOUGH and keep delaying your order and calling back to say they have run out of another ingredient. There are many better choices on the same road.

Had some pizzas,3 delivered to a home and it was terrible tasting ,it was dry,crust was tough and thin couldnt er hardly any pizza sauce on it,prolly wont order ever again,wouldnt recommend to anyone,srry!!
