I have ordered from this place before always for delivery. Never had a problem EVER until last night. I ordered at 5:24pm like usual....the girl on the phone was having problems with her computer. She took my credit card twice. After waiting an until 6:16pm...needless to say I called back. The girl recognized who I was but sounded very unsure as to whether or not my food was on its way. After about 5 mins of being on hold she came back and said my food should be on its way and maybe like 5-10 mins. After waiting another 30 minutes I called back at 6:43pm and the girl put me on hold again to check with the driver. She got back on the phone and said it should be there within 2-5 mins. I requested something be deducted from my bill...she checked with her manager and the manager said no...I asked for some coupons for compensation and she checked again with her manager....I heard her and her manager in the background and with some attitude I heard one of them say "there is coupons in the phone book". She came back to the phone and said those exact words. I then told them I would no longer be ordering from them. 15 mins later my food arrived. When delivery guy handed me my food he said "that will be $xx.xx." as if I had not paid yet...I advsd him twice that I gave my credit card# 2 times over the phone and it was paid for. He called the office who then confirmed they had my payment information. After opening our food we realized it was cold and had to re-heat it in the microwave. There was also some "mystery meat" on the combo plates... asked for sesame chicken and beef and broccoli...in the center was a pile of breaded meat that appeared to be chicken but it had no sauce on it or sesame seeds and looked different than the other 2 entrees. To put this OVER the top....Asian Chef called me back at 10:22pm!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Because they had a problem with my credit card. So I gave my credit card# a 3rd time. I have all these times documents on my phone bill and am in the process of reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I will NEVER order from Asian Chef and will encourage everyone at my work and anyone I know to NEVER order from them EVER.

So the picture I took is supposed to be chicken fried rice with no vegetables. I have been ordering from this place for a long time.(at least a year) . I have had many issues with them. The female boss lady had raised her voice to me before. Today they forgot half of my order. They didnt give me my chicken fried rice with no vegetables or beef sticks. So I called back and told them and instead of bringing me my chicken fried rice with no vegetables(which should be an easy order) they brought me chicken fried rice with beef shrimp extra onions and vegetables. My husband has alot of health issues, and vegetables dont sit well on his stomach. It had to have been on purpose. I have been a loyal customer for a long time because they do have pretty good food. I never post reviews, but I felt that this was almost an attack against me. This will be the last time I order from them. Dont ever tell them your order was wrong it REALLY upsets them. The female HAS raised her voice at us because they got our order wrong and we called them on it. Im fed up with being mistreated. !!!! GOOD BYE ASIAN CHEF !!!!

I ordered at Asian Chef on a Sunday. I called around 11, right after opening time, and spoke with a man who sounded Middle Eastern. He was very rude and short with me. We got off the phone and I went to meet the delivery driver once he arrived. The driver was very rude, didnt give me the receipt, and nearly hit me driving off, and was on the phone the entire time, which was around 5 minutes talking in Chinese. Thats not it. I ate the food, the one highlight to my meal from Asian Chef, it was delicious! Well, continuing on, around 4 that afternoon, I got really nauseous and started getting a headache. By 7, I was throwing up and having the runs. I thought I had caught a bug but it was unrelenting until around 8 on Monday morning. I went to Urgent Care and they told me I had food poisoning and I was prescribed some anti nausea medications. I will NEVER eat here again!

I absolutely love Asian Chef!!! Their food is the best Chinese food in Tulsa, its always fresh, and the delivery man is always very nice and on time! I order from them all the time and will continue to! I have updated my review since this is like the 100th time I have ordered from them and as I was reaching for the money for the drivers tip he threw a fit (at my job) about me not giving him one. I always tip the drivers but I pay it separately to tell them thank you for delivering and it has never been a problem!! Very bad customer service to throw a fit within 1 sec on me paying for me food!!

I love ordering from them. Food is always good. Last 3 out 5 times my order has been wrong. Stuff missing. First 2 times they brought me what was missing. This last time said they werent and would take it off my bill. I have been ordering for a long time orders were always correct. Not sure what has happened. Disappointed the mistake keeps happening. Not sure if it has changed hands or what is going on. I suggest you check your orders before they leave. I sure hope this gets fixed. Hope I get the credit on my bill.

Outstanding! Ordered from them since we bought our house in broken arrow, over 5 years! I am a veggie lover and I can rave about their beef and brocolli and my absolute fav the garlic veggies and chicken. I love the cheaper dinner option with the 3 way special. Makes it easier to order. Delivery is super fast, efficient and curtious. They are my "go too" chinese delivery when on medical call and making dinner or eating out is just not an option. Thank you guy for 5 years of wonderful service!

I work less than a mile away and it takes an hour to get my order. The past couple times it has been delivered cold. No courtesy call. Just an excuse they are unable to call me using their phone. This past time I called to cancel after waiting almost an hour and the delivery driver still showed up and was very rude saying I need to wait an hour before cancelling even though it was over an hour later. Food is okay and standard Chinese food for Tulsa.

Order took a hour and a half, and they NEVER cook my order correct at all. I ASK TO HAVE THE RICE COOKED LONG,well done like dark brown.. It comes to me almost white as snpw with cold hard peas in it. Tipped the driver 5 bucks and all just to get the food the way i didnt order it which is in writting they Just didnt do it. Lol. Wow. It tastes horrible because its barely even cooked dude after waiting a hour and a half.

I am writing this review because i really like asian chef... I used to order delivery with Hot Wok.. but after eating hotwoks food i felt very weird and awkward afterwords... i dont know what they put in there food... so me and my girlfriend ordered from asian chef and i really like it alot! The semese chicken with low mein is bomb! they also delivered the food in less than 35 min! thats really good if u ask me!
