Ive dined and met friends for drinks at OKC Pub W several times and I just felt like it was time I left a review. To start off with if you are going to visit this establishment do not sit at the bar. If you Do sit at the bar bring a regular maybe one that drinks there 3 to 4 days a week or a personal friend of one of the bar tenders might work. In short the bar staff are just ridiculous. Go in sit down at the bar and someone will immediately bring you one of their house filled bottles of water and pour you a glass... Enjoy it because its going to be the only drink you get for a very long time. No one will address you... Bartenders will be uncomfortably avoided eye contact with you but bar backs will stare right at you... Its like youve become invisible to anyone that can bring you food or drink. If this had only happened one or twice I would, as I usually do, just brush it off even though its awkward but its just an ongoing scenario at OKC Pub W. I have actually had good experience when seated at a table for the most part and we were even very pleased with the the service by the last table server we had... Wish I knew his name.. He was good... I over tipped him intentionally. Pub W OKC has excellent fresh squeezed juice cocktails but youll probably never know because for whatever reason bartenders have been trained to avoid patrons at the bar unless they can remember serving you previously... No new or occasional customers are needed. One last thing... house filled bottles of water for the table although showy and trendy are disgusting. If management at any popular OKC restaurant would take the time time pour a glass of this water and smell it they would stop the practice all together.

Decided to try Pub W for lunch today. Restaurant has a great atmosphere, and very friendly workers. We were greeted by a host as well as the manager. We sat at the bar, ordered the w margarita and started out with the squashpuppies(Hushpuppies made with squash), which were awesome and highly recommended by Katie (the awesome bartender). I ordered the chupacabra chicken sandwich with fries, and my husband ordered the chipotle meatloaf. Both dishes were fantastic. Around mid-meal the manager checked on us personally, his name is Mike btw. We will be returning customers. One of our favorite places now.

This pub has delicious pretzels and even more amazing pretzel burgers. I appreciated the fabric napkins but felt the pub tables were a little narrow. We didnt have the best experience with our waiter... he appeared to be new but it was frustrating to have to ask for water three times when we could see the bottles in the fridge behind us. Service was slow and he didnt come by very often. We were also told they take requests which didnt happen. But overall the food was good and they had a good beer selection!

He worst waitress I have EVER encountered!! My family and friends did a small wedding shower and I was almost embarrassed because of the service!!! Drinks were ordered but never received!!! Some drinks were charged on the tickets also!! I kind of felt bad for the waitress so I went up to her just before leaving and told her that I understand we all have bad days and she will be ok....her response...." Oh Im not worried about it" I will never go to this place again!!! The manager on duty did nothing!!!

Ive been once and was impressed with the menu and remodel from the old Wes Welkers restaurant. From the selection of appetizers and food we got I cant wait to try more. My favorite app so far was the pretzel and cheese dip. Super simple but its an addictive dish. I also really like the sandwich I got - Cool Bries - definitely unique and makes you want to go back to have another. The waiter was a bit off that night but the food was so good I think we all looked passed it.

I hate to rate this so high, in fear that it will get packed, but it is fabulous! The soul bowl to the Shepherds Pie, Fish and Chips, etc - we have tried many things and loved them all! The staff is great and the atmosphere is comfortable and fun! The beer selection is the best and I would definitely refer anyone I know here - its is the best hidden gem on Memorial by Quail Springs Mall!

Pub W is, surprisingly, one of the best places for brunch around the Quail Springs area. Its a small brunch menu, but everything Ive tried has been excellent. The usual post-church brunch crowd is lighter here, so seating is usually available, the service is good, and the prices are pretty low for brunch fare: less than $10 for most of the menu items. Highly recommended.

Oh... My... Goodness... The fried chicken dinner was incredible, mashed potatoes better than Moms and brussel sprouts that melt in your mouth. The bread pudding is simply scrumptious and when you take the last bite the only thing that is disappointing is that you dont have another several bites still on the dish! Highly recommended to anyone in OK!

The green beans were amazing!!!! I got the salmon and it was fantastic but the green beans were incredible. We also had drinks and they were well mixed and very good. The atmosphere was pleasant and they are family friendly but I think it would have been better with just adults. I would definitely go back and recommend Pub W to friends.

Went to lunch there last week and had the best burger I have had in a very long time. Good service and delicious food. If I liked all of those beers I would hang out here often, but I am just not that much into drinking. If all of their food is as good as the bleu cheese burger I had then wow......

Tried Pub W today for the first time. Our waiter, Cole, was very knowledgeable about the menu selection and especially helpful with the drink choices. (Try the Nebraska Melange a Trois pale ale!) The squash puppies were an excellent start & the entrees we selected were great. Well be back!!

An excellent menu designed by someone with a good sense of spice and taste. While not everything will match every pallette, there is very little you could call bland and boring. Pub W provides a much better meal for similar pricing to chain restaurant/bar combinations.

Food was decent, but the service was absolutely awful. Snotty little waitresses that dont even care if you have a nice meal or not. Rude staff members are the main reason I wont be returning, which is a shame since it seemed like a pretty cool place.

This location is great. I love both locations. They have not skimped on anything. Youd have a hard time determining which location your at based on food quality. Food is superior!! Im impressed no matter what appetizer, meal or dessert we get.

If your into great food and a huge selection of great beers then try this place out. They serve brunch on Sat and Sunday as well, there is no time of the day where Pub W will not be a great choice for you by yourself or with a group of friends.

Passing through town and stopped here for dinner based on Yelp reviews. Nice to not get stuck with a big chain. Solid selection of microbrews by draw and bottle. Good food with even some relatively healthy offerings given the pub environment.
