The food is usually pretty good. The inside of the restaurant is usually dirty though. If I go there, I try not to eat inside. This place is definitely faster than the other White Castle in the area though.

Food was okay, restaurant is never clean. Part of my order was forgotten and the cashier was rude when taking my order. Customer service is not to great.

Well, they redecorated the dining room, it looks nice. Not so keen on the door bell, goes off every time someone comes in the door.
