This store is all messed up. I checked the website tonight and it shows their hours are till 10:30 on Tuesday Night. So at 10:15 I arrived at the store. When I pulled up to the Drive Thru Window they told me they closed at 10:00. I said not according to the Internet, it says you are open till 10:30. So much for the special trip...... Then another issue was my wife called the previous Thursday, before Mothers Day. She was informed to call back the next morning if we wanted to order a cake for our Saturday Mothers Day Family Celebration. I called back and talked to someone that next morning at 10:30ish. She told me to call back in 30 minutes. I called back in 45 minutes and was told they were busy and they said they would call me back in an hour or so....... 3 Hours went by and so I decided to call the store up the other side of 94. They took my order and we bought $30.00 worth of Ice Cream Cake from them on Saturday morning. All I can say is I wont bother going back to this store again. It appears that they do not know what they are doing and are completely miss-managed.

Lunch time, actually aprox. 1145. no cars in front of me. went through the drive through. Ordered their 1. combo. bacon cheeseburger. with mayo. Received two over sized buns, with one ringer of a an old white onion, bits of old lettuce, old tomato, undercooked bacon, and wait for it......thats it. Wheres the beef. ? Called to talk to the manager, and instead of wanting to take care of me, she wanted to do a q and a with me. Im back at work expecting to have a sit down decent burger. Not a BLT on an oversized buns. where do i load up a picture :) New owner, Met her, she is delightful. Staff looks and acts professional. We are so happy to have our neighborhood Diary Queen back. Great staff and good cared about prepared food. 5 stars now.

October 1, 2015: This DQ has just been bought by new owners who have remodeled, restaffed, and reopened the restaurant. My wife and I personal know the new owners. They are incredible people who own the DQ in Troy, MO. If you went in the past and had a poor experience I would encourage you to go back and get the Grindstaff family an opportunity to earn your business.

Absolutely the worst DQ in st.charles county!!! I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt,but damn mess up a order everytime me or my family goes there!!! Literally nothing is ever right when ordered!!! Blizzards do not come as ordered EVER and meals ordered are always missing a order of fries or sometimes complete sandwiches!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Im a regular and almost always order the chicken tender meal with an extra side of gravy but this time they watered down the gravy alot:( it wasnt even a thick gravy anymore. They also didnt close one of the gravy containers and it got all over . Ill be going to the Mid Rivers location from now on.

Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich meal and added cheese to it. The sandwich I got was crispy and no cheese. They even asked multiple times about the kind of cheese I wanted so you would think it wouldnt be forgotten.. Not going back to this location.
