I love crazy bowls and wraps. I eat there often. ( At least once a month.) I have been avoiding this particular location because I have had issues with the food. For example, I had some odd colored vegetables once and my corn salsa had a produce sticker in it another time. (Looked like they cut the veggies without washing the sticker off) Just recently I was in and got food poisoning from the Clarkson rd. location. I will NEVER eat here again! The place has gone downhill over the past several years. Disgusting! So, if you enjoy vomiting chicken and brown rice from 7am-11pm eat here! Otherwise, chipotle and bread co. are across the street.

Food is good but cashier made me beg for soy sauce and complained that it was limited to 4 pouches per wrap. Originally after I asked for a bunch and he had only given me 3???? 3 for two wraps and a bowl of rice? I ended up with 7. But I have never had to ask for more let alone haggle and beg. He told me he couldnt give me anymore. I told him he was the first person that didnt give me as many as I had wanted. I asked him if he would limit my soy usage if I ate in at the restaraunt? Well no... well then why cant I use as much soy as I want at home? Poor customer service and a cashier with a bad attitude. Ill stick to the one on Manchester.

Cant get enough of this place! Great variety of fresh tasty food without all the fat and calories in most fast food places. I visit this restaurant every time I am in the area. This is vegan friendly with so many choices and combinations you can create, it will make even the pickiest eaters satisfied. Prices are so low it is unbelievable how much food you get for your buck.

Their chicken always seems a bit dry and/or freezer burnt. Otherwise its a good, fast alternative to your normal fast food. Update: Since posting my review, the quality of the chicken has been consistently better. Ive updated my ratings to reflect this improvement.

Food taste is excellent but the prices keep me from returning. Very high priced! Bad menu listings...ie, menu shows costs but not mention it is extra for all white meat and additional items such as white rice. Not happy and wont return.

I usually like Crazy Bowls & Wraps. My son was served a piece of vegetable in his bowl that was rainbow-colored - definitely not edible. We arent likely to visit this location again.

I always enjoy CBW and this location is nice because of all of the openness and windows make it feel very open. I am happy about the new natural soda flavors as well.
