I have no issues with the customer service so the one star is strictly for their effort. But the food here suck! My cheeseburger deluxe Patty meat was thin and very small...I had to open it up just to make sure I had a whole Patty. It was smothered with mustard with no lettuce or tomato. My childs grilled cheese was not cut in half and it taste like nothing..Was the grilled not clean..What cheese was used...My child was totally disappointed and now Im left with an uneaten sandwich...Wasted money..Our limeade slush did not taste like the flavors we asked for...It just taste like frozen ice masked with a generic flavor of dye. Sonic was my go to drink place..I am so disappointed in the quality of food. We gotta do better..I want to see you around

Absolute worst costumer service ever-after waiting a few minutes in drive through for someone to take my order the worker argued with me over whether or not I asked for a meal saying he asked me and I said no. Then when I left and began to eat my burrito it wasnt even made right-called to talk to a man that claimed to be the general manager (I sure hope not) he was very rude and tried to say I was wrong about the whole situation. How can I be wrong about my food not being made right when I didnt even order anything special? Complete d@#& of a man to deal with!

Waited for 10 min for someone to greet me there, saw the employees had noticed me. I pushed the bottom 3 more times and after 15 min of not being waited in or even a greeting I left. But not after noticing that even at the drive thru they were not really taking care of anyone at all. Rude, selfish, and honestly that was my last straw for Sonic. Need to fire everyone there and hire new people, especially whoever the douche bag of a manager who operates that store. Then Id be willing to even consider coming back.

Generally have good food, good service. Due to the high worker turnover / seasonal help, there are of course bumps but that goes for any business with new employees coming up to speed. But having been a customer since it opened and averaging at least 1 visit per month be it for burgers, dogs, Coneys, tatertots, shakes, or limeaides, or all in one order, I/we keep coming back because its quick, convenient, tasty, and slightly less expensive than other local options.

The owners mistreat the employees--the air-conditioner doesnt work right, so the poor people working there have to deal with heat greater than outside. I asked the girl working the drive thru the temp inside, and she said in the 90s, but it was only in the 80s outside. Next time you visit this location, look at the employees--they will have sweat pouring off them. The owners need to fix this, pronto!

The service at this Sonic is exceptionally bad. Having worked at Sonic for several years Im absolutely certain theres no way that they meet any of the brand standards for customer service or food quality. This location should be closed. screams that theyre managed by somebody who isnt ever on site. Maintenance is generally pretty bad too

This location is always horribly slow. Waited at the drive thru for 10+ mins without even being greeted. Ended up leaving without placing an order. I have run into this problem on multiple occasions, even on days which I was the only car in line. I can say I wont be returning to this location after today.

Super slow rude workers. They didnt give me what I ordered and I took a bite out of it before realizing it. I took it back and they said since I already took a bite they wouldnt give me the right food and I would have to pay. That is terrible service

Ive come here a couple of times for lunch during work and it has been alright. Kind of a last resort at the time because Sonic food is never better than "ok". The service was good at least.
