I always use drive thru--Service sucks! Nobody ever asks if I need condiments-nobody ever repeats my order back to me-the food is always cold when I get home and I live right across the street from here! Ive called to make manager aware and they always have an excuse and offer to mail me coupons and I never receive them! No wonder your employees suck at their job, if the ring leader cant figure it out! Disappointment

The girl that gave me my food was rude as and I always try to give people chances but once again get disappointed next time have a better workers working instead of looking at your darker customers (African Americans) like we deserve a cold meal smh now I hate Dairy Queen. Everybody else seemed okay but the girl who gave me my stuff seemed like she didnt want her job

On more than a couple occasions i pay for extra Butterfinger in my Butterfinger blizzard but dont seem to get extra. Granted this place is operated by teens making minimum wage Im sure but its still disappointing. The outdoor seating is a nice touch though. They bring the food to you as well so that is worth mentioning.

Rude service. I ordered one item. Asked for no whipped cream and lite chocolate. I got thick chocolate and whipped cream. Ask for w different one. They scrapped the whipped cream off and gave it back to me. When they thought I had left, they were talking about me. Red head at drive thru needs to be fired.

Just called in and picked up a large number of blizzards. Didnt really think through how I would transport them when I placed the order. They were ready by the time I got there, they grabbed a box and helped me box them up, and helped me load them in my car. Was pleasantly surprised.

Ordered a cheeseburger no pickles, got pickles. Ordered a snickers blizzard with both the chocolate sauce that is included and caramel, only got caramel in blizzard. Fries were luke warm at best and multiple were burnt. Blizzard was also mostly melted when I received it.

Service was extremely slow, stood at the counter waiting to give my order,while multiple employees just looked at me. Food was ok, remember the blizzards having more flavor in the past.

Love this location, they have great service and hot food during the day, but the night service has cold fries, etc. most nights, so I just try to go before 4pm.
