This IHOP closes at midnight on weeknights, but every time I come in and its past 11 I am treated as if their staff is bending over backward to accommodate me, with multiple snide remarks about how theyre "closing in 45 minutes". Sometimes they refuse to even seat you, as was my experience recently at 11:15. They refuse to change their sign to 11; their staff is apparently too lazy to do even that. Ive decided to take my business elsewhere (mainly, Ginghams) because Im afraid they will spit in my food for so vastly inconveniencing them during regular business hours. I have contacted their manager regarding their loss of business to no avail. Youre better off eating at the Dennys up the street, although IHOPs food is passable, albeit overpriced.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! This is the second time weve stopped at this iHop and had a LONG wait. The first time they were pretty busy. Tonight we were one of four tables. It took them 15 min to figure out where to sit our group of 11. Again, it was empty. It took more than 45 minutes to get our food and they did not check on us one time for drink refills. Then the waiter came over to "verify" our order because he lost it, but assured us it was being prepared. We then asked for refills and were told the chocolate milk refills were not free (to which I said it better be considering our wait!)

Our server was nice enough but we waited far to long to even be greeted/seated when the place dead. Shortly after we got our drinks, the air vent started leaking onto the table and into our drinks. There was no one around to tell or flag down. I got up to wait at the register and nobody showed up. Walked back to the table gathered our things and switched seats since we had already ordered our food. There were a few mix-ups with food and drinks. All the food was good. Typical ihop. Our experience was just not a good one.

We got breakfast to go on a Sunday morning. Called the order in like usual. I ordered strawberry banana pancakes. Got home & opened it to find a stack of 4 pancakes with the tiniest bit of topping... like 5 strawberries & couple banana pieces. All the liquid from the topping was soaked into the top cake with nothing anywhere else. The top one was just mush. And we paid $18 for this crappy stack & an order of plain French toast. I could make better. The one on hwy k is so much better & worth the drive!!!

Well I had left my binder there and they said they didnt have it. This binder had music from school in it and I would have to pay for the music If I didnt find it. I called and even went up there they never actually looked to see if it was there. A month later my friend went up there and asked if it was there and they were like yes its been here for a month. There service is absolutely horrible. They need to get straightened out. Im not happy with them.

The food was good. Eggs werent done right at first but they fixed it fast. Waitress was super nice and attentive. My only complaint would be the extremely loud music coming from the kitchen. It drowned out the music they play over the speakers throughout the restaurant. I mentioned it and they turned it down for awhile. Then back up. Might wanna put a door on the entrance so they can listen and work without disturbing the customers.

We had Zachary (Zach) as our waiter and he was phenomenal. Waited on us, and 27 other people, while still having time to pour a cup of coffee and ask us how out meal was. The food was good as well. I ordered the Strawberry and Banana French Toast which was good granted it was a little overkill on the strawberry sauce. When we left we met the manager and she was very polite and was glad to hear of our experience.

After receiving our food the waitress never double backed, and made sure we were well accommodated. I wanted refills on my beverage, and also the check. I had to step out my way to find her. The food could have been prepared better as well. Overall, service could improve, and Id recommend if you have another IHOP that you really like, dont experiment with this one.

Simple & Fit breakfast was a great choice, just remember to ask for butter as the whole wheat toast comes dry. Egg whites are perfect, fluffy and moist yet not under cooked. Fruit cup was fresh and a full serving. Turkey bacon was not fried long enough, yet I know from personal experience that is either too soft or too hard, its turkey bacon!

The service is AMAZING! However, IHOP has really gone down the drain. My pancakes were salty, my 4yos pancakes were almost too "plasticky" to cut. The eggs were awesome, and so was the bacon and sausage, but wait, arent they known for, well.... Pancakes????? Ugh. I dont think Ill be going back anymore.

Jeriann was our waitress and she was so sweet and so helpful, provided us with all the things needneeded without even asking her to, I love a waitor/waitress who brings you napkins without you having to ask. I never have any problems there. Great food, wonderful customer service. 5 stars .

We were greeted and seated immediately on a Saturday morning! Tim our server was excellent! He was very attentive and friendly! Our food came so quickly and it was great quality food. Everything was very clean, including the restroom! Kudos to the whole team! Thank you!

I have never had a bad experience here and come here quite often. The staff is always quick to get to you and surprisingly quick to get you seated as well, they follow it up with quick servers and quality food. I really enjoy my experiences at this IHOP in particular.

The breakfast items and beverages were great, the burger and bathroom were inexcusable. The cheese on my burger was as hard as tack, and the lettuce was slimy. Bathroom looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a week. The staff I dealt with was pleasant though.

Typical IHop chain. Large group of us in on a Sunday morning. Service was very good for amount of people in our party. Server kept coffee pots on the table full and fresh, which was excellent!

Table dirty, had to be cleaned again before we could sit down, eggs not cooked, ordered scrambled still runny, sunny side up order still had clear liquid showing by the yolk. Wont be back.
