While dinning inside our food took extremely long to come out and wasnt correct, but when it did everything was soggy, our pancakes were like hockey pucks and everything tasted like it was sitting out under the heat lamp for an extended period of time. It was at 1:00pm on a Sunday and not busy at all. Also the bathrooms needed to be cleaned and apparently the paper towel dispenser was broke because the roll was sitting on top of it all wet and soggy. Being a father of three kids 4 and under I was also disappointed that there wasnt any changing tables in the bath room. All in all not a good experience.

As much as I do enjoy their coffee, and food, there have been 3 times within the past year that Ive driven to the restaurant, only to find the doors locked, and someone telling me that the restaurant is closed... all the lights are full on, there are employees standing around, but they wont sell any food... this was between 5:30am and 6:30am that this has happened. They publish that they are 24 hours, and the doors open at 5am... sorry, after this 3rd time, Ill never visit them again.

Went through the drive though expecting it to be normal, gentleman at the window made us feel like an inconvenience and kept cutting us off while ordering. Most of the Jack in the Boxs I go to are quite nice and food is always great, however this wasnt a good experience at all.

Worst jack in the box I have ever been to... Order wrong, food cold tacos soggy. Curly fries mixed in with regular cold fries and when you call they are rude and have no resolution. I will never eat at this location ever again!!!!

Every time I get food here something is always wrong. Food seems to always be cold like it been sitting around. And every time I ask for sauces with my food its either not in the bag or its the wrong sauces.
