They were understaffed during the night. This is the second time Ive been here at night and the first time they were closed early. My food was cold, but it was well prepared. The order takers were also arguing over the intercom. I love Jack in the Box and go to them often, but this location is horrible at night, which is bad considering thats the best time to get food from here. I would give it 1 star, but my food was okay and they gave me a good amount of sauce that I requested. However, they didnt give me a straw for my drink. Thats ridiculous.

So I posted last night agitated that I was ignored. I called today spoke to a manager who very politely and quickly explained the situation which turned out to be an isolated incident but a safety concern so they shut down to completely clean all areas so I would like to say they have done a great job! And good looking out for your customers safety and health

Wow amazing service and food. Walk in they said we would be right with you. Took the order and brought out food. Food was great staff was friendly. I went to steak n shake in chesterfield valley, wow not even a greeting people walked out. So proud of this JNTB. Jack would be happy. :)

Its your run of the mill jack in the crack. Went there for some late night comfort food recently and it took approximately 10 minutes to get through the drive thru and they still handed me the incorrect order, which of course I didnt notice until I was already home.

I dont know why, but this one cooks the food like its fresh, are there 3 times and each time the food was great. Even the tacos wasnt greasy like all the others
