I was here on Thanksgiving for over an hour and never got waited on. I noticed that everyone else was getting waited on so I said something and was told that they were understaffed and busy. I went in again on Saturday, December 17th, and again, waited for over 35 minutes to be waited on. Finally got service after I complained. Today, December 20th, came back in at 9 am. We got seated and coffee immediately. Waited over 35 minutes and no one came to take our order. I said something to someone and was told they had a new computer system and that was the reason for the hold up. When we finally ordered our food I went to the General Manager and told him about my visits. He did apologize but did nothing else as far as offer a dollar off and was very frustrated speaking. The food is always good which is why I come back but after this last experience I wont go back.

Our server was funny. At first i was somewhat unhappy because what we requested never came. Along with that someone else dropped off our meal and my request wasnt done. Our server provided a bit of humor as she grabbed the wrong thing that was on my plate and said "ill eat that" and quickly returned with the right thing. It eased the problem. We were happy!

Waited for a table after people who came in behind us and they took their own table. Once it was time to order after a 10 minute wait we were told they were unable to put in orders because they were backed up with only one cook. Would not recommend until they figure out how to manage properly. People working there were just list.

My tea had debris in it, I got hot chocolate that tasted like watered down sour milk. The bathrooms are completely disgusting. I should have known when we pulled into the parking lot there was a reason why the lot didnt have a lot of cars. I will never go back. If I was able to give negative stars I would. Waste of time and money!

Server was extremely cranky- I asked her about alternate options to the kids menu since my daughter cant have wheat or dairy and she didnt respond only pulled the kids menu away from my daughter and tossed it at me . When I asked her for more water she said it would "be a few minutes" i have no idea why the attitude ...

1 month a go my eggs was wrongly cooked and my hash browns are greesy and overcooked they cooked it twice and still got it wrong, I went back last Sunday to give it a try again, still disappointed thats going to be the last time I go there, I love their biscuits and gravy but the cooks cant cook in that location

Stopped here on our way to Indiana. Watched three people get there food before us and then got told they lost our order. Shouldve known it was gonna be bad when the waitress didnt know how to pour coffee without getting it everywhere. 40 minutes wasted on our trip and no breakfast. Will never go back here again!

Bob is always consistent whether its breakfast or dinner. Prices are reasonable and the food is good. Their Chicken pot pie or Turkey dinner are some of best. And of course they always have good bread options like pumpkin or banana nut. Breakfast all day also.

Vicki was my server and she was amazing! The restaurant was busy but she was very attentive. The food was delicious. I ordered the turkey with stuffing with candied carrots and everything was perfect! Thank you Bob Evans for having a well run store!

They have a nice variety of food at a reason price. Their Meals to go our great and very reasonable. We especially like the Turkey family style meal for carry out. The new roasted chicken with its citrus glaze is delicious, too!

Had to ask for bread. Had to ask for drink refills. Potatoes were cold. Stew was salty. Our server was annoyed she had a table because she was ready to leave. Then she did leave without saying anything to us.

My waitress was friendly and knew exactly when to stop by. The food was awesome, expescially the candied bacon! This is my new favorite breakfast restaurant. They are a lot slower and friendlier than IHOP.
