The food is good...well prepared. The waitstaff has a high turnover but they seem to be trained well. Bring in a sweater in the summer because the air conditioner runs full blast. Getting seated is faster since smoking is no longer allowed...people no longer linger to talk with each other after their last bite. They eat and leave. This cuts down on the social aspect of sharing a meal, so feeling rushed is the norm for all of the restaurants in this area. Their menu has changed quite a bit recently and much of it would leave a patron in sugar shock. As long as they keep old favorites on the menu, there should be something for everyone.

I love IHOP but tonight was the worst experience at this location I have ever had. My family and I had movie tickets for 7:20 and we got to IHOP at 6:10 so typically 45 minutes to eat and leave well that wasnt the case. 7:00 comes around and they were still working on our food, the movie theatre was 10 minutes away so we had to leave. I heard a customer ask, why the wait? The waitress replies, the cook didnt show up, he was supposed to be here at 4. The thing is, they should of informed us at the door! So thanks!

Rude service. Looked at us waiting to be seated when NO ONE was there and didnt seat us. When we were seated it took an extra 15 minutes to actually get us the menu. Pancakes they served us were runny. Asked for regular syrup and they never gave it to us. No one is here and they constantly kept forgetting us and took forever to get anything done. Terrible. Ill go to the one in the valley over this one any day.

They are either short on help or the hostess that was there today was totaling ignoring people waiting for a table. Smiling was not something she wanted to do either. Food good , the waitress was pleasant. We had a good experience , after she sat us, ( she didnt like it when I asked for a different table).The hostess needs to know when people come in ,you drop what your doing and seat them, thats her job.

The manager brought my food and walked away quickly. I looked at my plate of food & noticed they forgot part of my order & burned my sausage& forgot cheese on my hashbrowns. I td the waitress& they brought me back the same sausage& did not melt the cheese all the way on my hashbrowns( they put it in the microwave). The waitress said that is how they cook the meat.

Horrible.... no acknowledgement when I come up to the counter for them to take my name. After several people were checked out before a simple greeting to me and my husband was attempted, we left. We wont be back. I understand that the people needed to get out the door to seat the others... but all I wanted was a simple acknowledgement that I was there.

Nobody else in the restaurant so you would think refills would not be a problem. It seems that thought was wrong. However, the server was astute enough to alter my order to save me a few bucks. And the food was good while the place seemed clean and maintained (which seems to be a problem at other locations).

This is the last time I WILL EVER visit this location! Lexi provides horrible customer service yet again (1st time shame on you, 2nd time shame on me, wont be a 3rd time), chicken fried steak was hard & dry as a rock & never came back to see if things were okay. Training wont help, its attitude.

I am a regular at this establishment because the food is faster hot and typically quite good but our regular server that I usually ask for her by name is absolutely amazing makes every visit feel like Im eating breakfast at home thank you Beth

Have been to this IHOP on three separate occasions and on all three I have noticed that the hash browns are the worst which is very unlike IHOP and the service has been very poor. This one is near our home but will never return to it again.

I only came because of Veterans Day and the fact I could get a free meal. They only have one option thats free for veterans - red, white, and blue pancakes. I didnt know they would charged me for coffee. My experience wasnt very good.

I used to go here all the time, but then realized that I dont like waiting ages for overpriced mediocre breakfast food. I dont know what it is about this IHOP, but the service is pretty slow.

Generally a good time especially with medium sized groups. It can be understaffed at times which causes some turmoil occasionally but other than that its your run-of-the-mill IHOP
