I call in order to pick up. They phone is never answered, I had to call multiple times. Finally I was pulling into to parking lot they decided to answer. I place my order and was told it would be about 45 min. I am now sitting in a empty resteraunt waiting for my 45 min pizza.
Foods is good but, I hope you have alot of time on your hands. Speed is not there strong point.

Was given a 15 minute wait and 45 minutes layer my pizza was not even in the oven. Two weeks later I walked in for carry out and the punk kid employee was rude, snatched my card out of my hand and did not even acknowledge me. He put down the pizza, my receipt and walked away. Can not believe I gave them a second chance. Terrible.

if i could rate 0 stars i would, jessica would not let me place my order and assumed my age. apparently she did not believe that i had money and that my order was legitimate. i am severely depressed someone fire jessica immediately. i give this .1 on yelp. gosh darn you sir pizza hut at new town blvd.

Ive been trying to place an order for an hour now. Since the website does not recognize my address as valid Im forced to call but no one wants to pick up. I tried to spend my money at your place but you didnt want it. Never again

As I type this out the people in the back are running around like chickens with their heads cutoff. I placed my order at 6:45 told it would be 20 mins... 7:45 right now. Also, the phone has been ringing nonstop.

Very poor customer service just had my pizza arrive and it looked like they waded it up in a ball then one of the two delivery drivers started laughing will never order here again

Pizza is good. Delivery is fast. Sure miss the pizza Huts of the 80s and 90s. Inside is small but clean. Never very busy.
