This place was disgusting! When I unwrapped my burger and took one look at it I knew I wasnt going to eat it! The bottom bun was soaking wet and the meat looked to be disintegrating into a paste. My other burger was the same way and so were my families burgers. My step dad who is not picky said his was disgusting. I had also ordered the buffalo chicken rings, the buffalo seasoning was clumpy and concentrated in spots. The French fries were cold and undercooked. There was only one other family eating inside, but most of the tables were dirty with crumbs, sticky rings from drinks and filthy in general.

First off. A man and woman were going back and forth on the speaker from different headsets trying to take the order at the same time. We werent greeted. They handed us our bag and dismissed us without asking if we needed napkins or ketchup or even give us a chance to ask. Went in and got ketchup and got down the road to realize no marinara sauce in the bag for the mozzarella sticks. Yea. First time here, NEVER coming back ever again.

Those location is my familys favorite WC as we approach St. Louis from Oklahoma. Weve been stopping here for lunch for years. Ive reviewed this location in the past praising their awesome staff. This time around, we were pleasantly surprised as this location had been completely renovated and their staff is as pleased to have you there as ever!

AMAZING!!! My family and I traveled from Albuquerque NM to get here and we had an amazing time!! We got a #9, half original half jalapeño and everything was hot and delicious! The crew treated us fantastically and our crave was completely satisfied!! LONG LIVE WHITE CASTLE!!!!!!!

Fries were mealy and old, service was fast after ordering but Marcella was rude slow inconsiderate in explaining the bill, and still got the order wrong and a nice blonde lady fixed it with an apology. Had great experience here in the past, hoping just a bad day

Best location. It may seem like they are slow to get the orders out but they are always busy! Staff is friendly! Nice to know that they are offering various things such as fried pickles, White castles, and chicken rings to satisfy various crowds of people!

We waited line in the drive thru and after 12 min of no cars moving we (and several others) left the line to go inside to order. I waited 15 min before my order was taken and then another 30 min before I received it. It was a simple order of a bundle.

New building and people. Seems clean and nice. Service is good but was kind of weird one night. Seemed like technical difficulty with the register from the drive thru. In the end we got all the food we ordered and all was well. I like it

On family vacation heading to Branson stopped for lunch. Last time we came by was in May and the roadways were flooded. Its our second time eating at White Castle we had a family deal 10 sliders, chicken rings fries and a large soda.

Nice clean place, food was good. Wouldve given them 5 stars but they were under staffed for the amount of business they had. Quite a few of us had our orders wrong, but they fixed it pretty quick!

It gives people plenty of options. I also like how you can have breakfast anytime of day. It gives you a choice between beef or veggie burgers. If you want chicken, you have that option as well.

The smoothie machine never has anything but strawberry banana. If youre heading West then backtrack East to another White Castle and get your peach or strawberry lemonade smoothie on.

Cant beat white castle! Since we moved, we never get it any more. We were in St. Louis at 6 Flags and my daughter wanted to stop. I am glad we did. The staff was very friendly.

People are nice. The new make over of the building really makes it look more modern. Last time I was there the buns were a little soggy. That does not happen all the time.
