Absolutely horrible service! We never even got to order to get food (nor did the other 5 cars in line!) Because the only kid working was out front smoking, and told us there would be a 10 minute wait due to staffing. And then he came on 10 minutes later, and said there would be another 10 minute wait due to a system reboot. But when we finally got the person in front of us to move, he was hanging out in front smoking, and yelled "sorry" as we drove by!!! We were stuck a total of 30 minutes because of the cars in front and behind us. We will NEVER be coming back to this place. Oh, and you cant talk to corporate without a receipt number... but we never got one, since we never actually got served. Oh, and this was at 8pm on Sunday November 27th 2016, when lots of people are wrapping up from black Friday weekend shopping. Good thinking guys... smh.

The customer service is just awful. Its always understaffed, dirty and they literally cant read the screen and get the order right. My husband is currently on his way to take our order back because its missing 5 items. On an 9 item order. Missing fries, my kiddos nuggets, etc. It sucks because we dont eat fast food often but with all the crap with the weather and our dying grandmother, cooking just seemed out of the question. Now its taken longer than if I just had. Tried to call the store, but like the last two times they messed the order up, no one will answer. I miss living by the Jack in the Box in South County, they were good. This one just cant get its act together. :(

Worst experience ever. Would love to give negative stars. Went there on Thursday and was there 45 minutes waiting for our food. Ordered in the drive thru and waited 5 minutes and to pay window and they forgot to make the chicken straps. Asked me to pull in front and they would bring my food out. Waited 20 minutes and they never brought it out. Had to go inside and explain what happened and manager asked what was ordered and made my order. After a total of 45 minutes there is finally had my food. No apology or anything. Seems this location cant even stay open 24 hours because they dont have people to work. This location should just close down.

Worst place ever! Its December 30th a Friday Im sitting here at Jack In The Box at 7:35 a.m. I sat in the drive thru line for 10 minutes with no response from the intercom pull up to the window the lights are on theres two employees in there acting like they dont see me at the window so I called the restaurant the manager goes into the office looks at the phone caller ID and then turns around and walks out without answering the phone the sign on the door Shaws open 24 hours a day so then I go to the lobby that opens up at 6 a.m. the doors are locked all the lights are out

Great customer service..with great prices and great food. Friendly lady took our orders and the food was made fresh while the dinning area was clean. Menu board was well lighted and Farley easy to read. They were very understanding of my special wants and their $2 chicken sandwich bets all fast food place ..hands down! The egg roll..we tried was so good.. crispy and well cooked. Of all the Jack n the boxes..the location in High Ridge seems to be our favorite. Keep up the great work..it is being seen by your customers. Thank you for all your hard work.

WAS VERY UPSET. THE LADY AT THE DRIVE THRU GAVE ME A HATEUL LOOK BECAUSE I GAVE HER 10 CENTS IN PENNIES. ALSO, MY CURLY FRIES WERE OLD AND DRY. VERY ESPENSIVE FOR POOR SERVICE. ALSO, THEY GAVE ME VERY LITTLE CURLY FRIES. ANDDDD.. MY DRINK WASNT FILLED UP ALL THE WAY.

My 4 yr old daughter actually received a half smoked cigarette in her pancakes a year ago. Manager on duty didnt really care. The owner was really nice and sympathetic. I have went back since then but always seems to be a long wait for a disappointing meal.

Open 24 hours eh? Just drove up there at 11:53pm on 10/17/2016 and they were CLOSED. Sat at the drive thru menu for 10 minutes then pulled to the window. Yep, open 24 hours... except all the lights were off and not a soul in sight. Nice. Real nice.
