Love working at this location and making people beautiful sandwhiches!!! The Guest are always friendly!! We have a huge amount of regulars that I appreciate so much and all the new comers we have been getting. Our new phone app is a great rewards program and its so easy to use! Just for downloading the app within 48 hours you will get a free 6 inch sub of your choice. Who can beat that? Every time you come in you scan and rack up the reward points for every dollar you spend you get a point. You will eventually rack up enough points for more free delicious Penn station goodies like our fresh squeezed lemonade, or a fresh cut fry, or even our yummy fresh baked chocolate chip cookies. Its by far the best app around!! Looking forward to seeing new faces and of course my regulars. :)

Been eating here regularly for over a year. Customer service is great, and the store is almost always spotless. The food is excellent, from the sandwiches to the fries and cookies, and the lemonade is usually pretty alright. Usually. There really isnt a better alternative if youre looking for subs. My family and friends eat here just as often as I do, and Im sure they would agree this is the best Penn Station around for miles. My only gripes are that the bread selection is poor, being only white bread, and the fountain drinks are fairly pricey. But thats more of a problem with the company itself than this particular store. At any rate, these guys rock, and you can bet Ill be coming back for a long time to come.

First time going to this location and it seemed nice but we were very disappointed by the food!! It was not busy either so I dont understand why when I ordered a 6 in chicken teriyaki with no onions (which I stated very clearly while looking the employee straight in the face) yet I got a sandwich covered with like 500 onions. I literally had to dissect my sandwich for 10 mins before I could eat it. My husband ordered a club with no lettuce and it was loaded with lettuce and the bacon wasnt cooked and he had stomach issues the rest of the night. Dont understand why it was so hard to make two sandwiches the way we ordered them!! We will not be back! This was Friday evening at 8pm they werent busy at all!

I have stopped in this location to get my favorite sub sandwich numerous times and I wish I could give it 10 stars. Absolutely the best customer service I have ever received at a restaurant. They are consistent and you can tell how well they choose their employees. Bill has to be my favorite employee there and always gives me a welcoming smile and hello. The food is always amazing, the service is beyond what you could ever want, and I will never visit another Penn Station location while this one is standing. Thank you kind employees of the Zumbehl location Penn Station... I think I love you. :) <3
