HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with an employee, "Fatou." She claimed to be the Manager, which was very difficult to believe because of the poor service experience that I had with her today. She served "Orange Chicken" to me that had hair in it. When I returned it to her she demonstrated terrible customer service with this statement. "I didnt put the hair in it." When I told her that there should be some accountability taken on her behalf because the food was served to me with a very noticeable strand of hair in it and I also told her that I did not appreciate her response; she further stated, "Thats the reality." There was no expression of empathy, no apology on behalf of the business, no urgency to fix it even after I told her that, "I like what I got, I just want it without hair in it." (Bowl of Orange Chicken and Fried Rice) She was so indisputably rude, I finally asked for a refund, and departed immediately. After church or following nearby outings, my family and I normally visit this Panda Express (drive through), but we will find a different location that provides the good customer service that we are used to and we deserve it. The success of any business is weighed heavily on "great customer service." If the Store Manager and/or the Owner would like to hear more about this incident I am more than willing to share further details following a reply to this Review.

My husband and I went to Panda Express, most of the bays were empty or looked stale. We asked about the teriyaki chicken. Rodrigo stated they were shut them down. We asked what time they closed. He stated 9 and it wasnt even 8:30 PM So when my husband asked why they were down before a half hr til closing, he changed the story that it was broken. He then proceeded to be rude and ignored us. We normally enjoy Panda Express, but this is one of the worst that we been to.

I see a lot of you dumb uneducated fcks complaining about the service. I can only see how ignorant half of you idiots are. If you never worked at a restaurant you should so you can see how big of a pain in the ass you guys could be. As of the ones that came in at 830 pm go shoot your self in the foot dont expect quality food 30 mins before close.
