VERY poor service. The waitress was unapologetically slow, inattentive and quite clueless as to what it means to give good customer service. After a very long wait for our food (3 orders of wings, 1 fish taco, 1 basket of potato wedges), she brought our food but no silverware or napkins - we had to ask for those items. After waiting 5 minutes she brought us plastic ware and napkins - they were "out" of silverware - according to her the bartender didnt have time to wash the silverware.....she also forgot the potato wedges comes with sour cream and again I had to wait 5 minutes before she brought it out to us. After we ate she failed to clear ANYTHING from our table, even though we stayed an hour after finishing our food. The fish tacos were very, very boring. Fried fish filet, lettuce and a couple pieces of diced tomatoes. Thats it - no sauce, nothing. To top off our miserable experience, the picture on the big TVs were so dark it was difficult to see the picture clearly. All in all it was the worst experience wed ever had at a BWW. Stay away from this location!!

Ive been to many BWWs many times. The food is always okay. They deep fry the entire menu. However, this trip was awful. We came in for the happy hour specials ($3 apps, $3.50 beers) and I got two beers and a qualifying appetizer (which the waitress had no idea which ones qualified). Come time for the bill, the waitress made everything full price, putting the bill around $15. I asked her to correct it and she realized she made a mistake on everyones, which wasnt true because some were correct. When she came back with a corrected bill, she added another beer and the appetizer was still full price. The bill was now $17. Yes, we had about 10 people, but it shouldnt be that difficult.

Way way overpriced. The wings are so expensive they dont put he quantity you receive on the menu. $10 for 7 boneless wings after tax and before tip! You can go to Sonic and get bigger wings that taste as good or better for less than half the price! I used to come here a lot but this is my last time due to the excessively priced food. The food was very good. The waitress gave excellent service. My rating is based solely on the wing price.

We like the chicken wings there. My fav is the traditional one and mango. My bf is blazin ... I cant eat blazin, just way too spicy for me. The wings were ok, not too dry or hard. But have to agree with others, service are bad. They mixed up our drinks and forgot about our sauce, not very good attitude either. If you dont mind that, its an okay place to hang out with friends.

Stood at the door 4 girls 1 guy staring at each other confused finally the guy seated us ask if we wanted to at bar should of said yes because almost 40 minutes later still never got waited on so we left they had more employees than customers if own thus place I would fire the manager and everyone else. As a business owner its sad to see other businesses with such sad service

Ordered a chicken wrap with garlic parmesan for the sauce. Received a chicken wrap with medium sauce. Was too hungry, tired, burnt out from work to say anything. It was gross and barely had any chicken on it. Felt like I was biting into a tortilla full of lettuce and hot sauce. Waitress didnt bring any napkins. She was nice though. So only two stars for me.

Im a big fan of BWW, but the service at this store is atrocious. The check almost always reflects the wrong amount, servers forget about their tables, and the bathrooms are frequently dirty. Management is too busy running around trying to fix mistakes to actually teach the employees how to do their jobs.

The service is always really good and there are tons of TVs to watch stuff. The food however is pretty mediocre. Its just a BWW deal because its not limited to this location, the food at every location Ive been to has never really excelled. They are like the Subway of the chain bar food restaurants.

I was here for dinner with my kids an grandson lastThursday night. Im not a fan of chicken wings but they have so much more than wings and the food was good. There is also the sweetest little waitress that we enjoyed talking to, she made our evening relaxing, and we all had a really nice time.

Always like B Dubbs. Even though its a massive chain and not a local joint. Why? Its consistent thats why. My wings are going to be the same every time. And my beer will be tall and cold. And every game in the world is on. They are to loud for me but I am getting old.

Server was nice but inexperienced. Waited for her to finish busing tables to get a refill and to check out. Salad served on a plastic salad bowl so salad was warm by the time it got to me. Wings were good and salad flavor was good but warm.

Good food, love all the sauce choices. Its a bit on the expensive side for what you get, but worth it sometimes. Service can be hit and miss, sometimes food is nice and fast, sometimes it takes forever even when they dont appear to be busy.

This Buffalo Wild Wings is great. The servers and bartenders are all good at what they do. Never had poor service all the times Ive been here. The beer is always cold and the wings are always hot.
