04/21/2017 - Gave it another try. New manager, Dasia, very friendly and courteous. Very guest-centric. Unfortunately, at 8:00 at night, they ran out of Kung Pao Chicken, and were in such a hurry to make it, the chicken was raw. Not _undercooked_, _raw_. But, Dasia made it right. She replaced my entire meal, and cave me a partial refund. Theyre working to make it better. Its not perfect, but the attitude is much improved. Quality was fine. The service and attitude really stinks! New Visit, 2/19/17, 0☆: Food had good flavor, but was cold. When I complained about it, the worker retrieved a good thermometer. Instead of taking the temp of the food on my plate (the food in question), she took the temp of the steel bowls under the heart lamps... And, by taking "the temp of the steel bowls," I mean: She literally used the serving spoon to mix all the food, then literally held the metal probe to the bottom of the bowl (I heard her scrape the bowl with the probe, until she came to a rest. Never once did she actually insert the probe into any food. She then proclaimed that the temps were over 165°. She replaced my food, but of course, it was still cold... But, who am I to argue with an expert in Asian cuisine?! 0☆

Just visited this place for the first time in 3 years.. Was staying in California in the meantime. And for some odd reason their food is 10x better. Everything just taste more fresh. I ordered honey walnut shrimp, orange chicken, Kung pao chicken, chow mein & chicken fried rice. The price is right but nothing is hot or crunchy. Shrimp taste like batter, orange chicken literally taste like a McNugget in sweet sauce, Kung poa is good but nothing fancy, the chow mein is dry, and the fried rice just taste funny almost like they fried it in peanut oil.***TIP: CREAM CHEESE WONTONS ARE AMAZING!!*** Not a negative nancy. This place is wonderful they offered me a sample and greeted me at the door and were super fast getting things together. Came around 4pm and there were only two other people in the restaurant. Until corporate fixes this issue, my advice would be to call an actual Chinese place for takeout. Its literally not worth the stomach ache and disappointment. However, this is perfect drunk food and its cheap if all you want is a bowl.

This is the first review I have ever written that was negative. I am so disappointed with the quality of the food at the Arnold location . It just seems to get worse each time I go. My favorite is the cream cheese Rangoon and the last time the cheese was curdled and tonight they were cold, stale and tasted like old school crisco oil. I didnt even get my normal string bean chicken because the green beans were old and nasty looking. I can buy that mess somewhere else for cheaper and get 10% off with a free egg roll . I will say that the young people do work hard and are friendly. Thats why I still gave at least 2 stars. So thank your employees panda !

Have been coming here for a while now but will never come again. Not only was the black girl manager super loud and rude but also in the middle of an evening rush making Rangoon with no gloves on in front of everyone. I ordered orange chicken, it was not ready so I had to wait, well when it came out I watched everyone order after me get their orange chicken while I was waiting till the line cleared to get the last of the batch. Place has become very unprofessional and just not worth going to anymore..

Arnold Panda Express is terrible. I really like panda express. But the one in Arnold has something wrong about it. There service is good, restaurant is clean but there food isnt good. It doesnt seem fresh and is lackluster. Each time Ive gotten dinner there and the food literally tastes like its been under the warmer since lunch. Ive ate there three times and each time I say Im never going to that Panda again. If you have a Panda fix, go to Manchester Rd or Sunset Hills.

Shanghai Steak is the only thing worthwhile. Orange chicken is all breading so much so that it has the texture of a fortune cookie when you take a bite. The crab Rangoon are all crust as well which the cashier attributed to the fact they " cheese rangoon not crab Rangoon so thats why theres not really filling." Basically if you like crunchy breading in orange sauce over cold fried rice with a side of folded fried wontons this is the spot to go.

Always delicious and the staffs accommodations make every visit a happy one. Its a slow time and the dish you want is kinda old? Well ask for your favorite dishes fresh. Its a casual restaurant, not a McDonalds; they cook real food from scratch. It takes a little time, but its worth it for the freshness of a real meal.

Terrible service! Employees was rude and my food was cold. When i asked if their was any fresh orange chicken comming up she rolled her eyes and asked another employee and she replied i guess i can make a batch!! Definitely Wont be comming back here

I am not impressed with the food but if you are looking for basic and simple Asia-American style Chinese food in Arnold Missouri, this is about your only place. The food is best if they just made it fresh from the back kitchen.
