I will start off by saying the store was fairly clean. I didnt have to wait to order but I had to wait 20 minutes for a 6 inch cold Italian Sub. The manager and 3 young men were working. The manager yelled at her employees loudly while the customers listened. She was belittling, controlling and took over each persons job to do it herself. I felt bad for them and by the time I got my meal, my stomach was in knots from the manager yelling and treating her employees terribly. By the way, I asked for no onions, I got onions. Not everyone can be a manager, nor should they be. I hope this lady gets help.

My favorite place to go to eat! I work very close to this location and I cannot express enough how great everyone that works at this location is. From the manager on down to the new hires they deliver the best customer experience you could ask for! They go above and beyond with calling you by name and remembering your order to delivering the best Philly Cheese Steak you can get in town! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! THANKS FOR ALL YOU DO! AWESOME! I havent found a Philly steak outside of Philly thats as good as Penn Station. Hard to believe how consistent the quality is on the subs and the fries. While the go to sandwich is the Philly Cheesesteak, the Chicken Cordon Bleu is a close second. The location is great for a quick lunch and the people behind the counter are top notch. I wish there were more businesses run like this place.

Service is pretty good, most of the folks are very friendly. It took about 8-10 minutes for our lunch to arrive, but man was it yummy! The fries arent bad, I do like them with the skins on there. I opted for the chicken parmesan sandwich... oh so good. We shared a cookie for dessert; that was pretty good too.

The food is always good, but the staff tends to be loud and unprofessional. I have been there several times when they are mopping the floor and just tell customers to be careful. I am handicapped and those wet floors are not safe.

Friendly service but could use more grilled veggies on the grilled veggie sandwich... ours was mostly lettuce tomato red onion and caramelized onion... barely any mushroom or peppers.
