Overall the Taco Bell in Marshfield is a good one. Food is decent and until recently the staff is fast and very nice. However on this past Friday we waited almost 15 minutes for our food. We were at the drive thru window and there was one car behind us. They were not busy! The girl at the register and another gal stood and talked the whole time as we sat waiting. It took the one girl the entire time to open a bag of cups she was planning on stocking. About 15 minutes. Cassie was the manager and I called to to complain about how bad our service was. She immediately became argumentative and not once apologized. I asked for corporates number and told her I would call them since she was not concerned with the matter. She told me she didnt need to give me that number and hung up on me. This individual is a team lead? I find no example of leadership in this person. Not someone I would follow as a team member if I worked at this restaurant.Characterless and a terrible example of customer service!

Hey that cashier that threw a receipt at you wasnt rude towards you til you were rude to he rAnd you sir were very rude! She asked you politly to look herway so she wouldnt drop your money, food or soda on you. So yes because you didnt look in her direction she called you rude and of course she wouldnt want rude people coming back. Taco bell employees have enough to deal with. Sometimes i think people forget we are people too.

I went there last night. They are open relatively late and it was just a short drive from the hospital we were at. I had to wait a few minutes for someone to come up front and address me but once they did he was friendly and professional. My high point of the experience... The tacos were probaby the best Ive ever had at a taco bell. The low point was definitely the time i had to wait for service.

Ill admit it. Im a Taco Bell junkie. Although the food is nowhere near healthy (especially the way I order it—without the tomatoes and lettuce), its really yummy. However, in terms of atmosphere and cleanliness...I have very little to say in favor. Its just another fast food joint thats hard to keep clean.

Food is always decent. I have never gotten a meal that was slapped together and messy like some other fast food joints will do. Drive thru is typically quick. There have been only a handful of instances in which the wait seemed to take too long.
