This is my favorite location for Firehouse Subs. I have always been able to go in and be greeted by staff that smiles and talks with you. Its not just, "Would you like fries with that?" here! (Note: They do not sell fries.) There is interaction and you can even joke with some of them and they joke back. (Note: They are still very professional, though!) If you visit often enough, they may even let you slide down the firemans pole. (Note: No, no they wont. Im not even positive there is a firemans pole there, now that I think about it.) Oh, and the food has been excellent every single time. (Note: They did run out of unsweetened tea at closing time one night, and wouldnt make anymore. I didnt ask them to, but thats beside the point, right?) Every sandwich was made just like we asked, the cookies were soft and fresh, and the chips were, well, chips in a bag. (Note: I found that I like adding notes to my sentences. It makes the review more fun!) Go for the subs, support first responders, and see if they will let you slide down the firemans pole! The 3 women working there were very nice and pleasant. The subs were great. I ordered the Club on a Sub and my wife ordered the Veggie sub. They had plenty of of subs to choose from as well as salads and chili. They also had a Coke Freestyle machine so it had plenty of options for soft drinks as well as tea, milk, juice and bottled sodas. I was impressed by the different bbq sauces and hot sauces they had numbered 1 mild through 10 hot. Our favorite was the Lynchburg Tennessee Wiskey Bbq Sauce. I wouldnt hesitate to go eat there again and Im sure my wife would gladly tag along.

Honestly I love this place, but the younger blonde manager needs management classes, bad. I had one mistake made on my order because of a new hire. This manager basically blamed me saying she never heard me say "plain", and when I called she tried to tell me the place was so busy. There were 2 people in the restaurant. As Im waiting for my food shes also not very nice to her employees either. More like a slave driver.

I made a reservation for 10 initally but, had cancelations which took our party to 6. That was not a big deal for the staff. The service was excellent but, I wish I could say the same for the food. My husband and I shared the special salad, he had the Lasagna and I the Shrimp and Scallops special. At $40 it was not worth it. However, prices in Westport are too high overall anyway.

I like the variety of sandwiches they offer and the food has always been good. Prices are comparable to other sandwich places. They have a good amount of seating and the restaurant is clean. I have had no problem with the worker, they have always been friendly. I love the idea how they give back to First Responders, great idea.

I have been into the store 4-5 times now and each time I have felt like their staff really appreciated my business. Every trip was enjoyable. I have tried 4 different subs now and each was wonderful. Makes it difficult to pick one when I go in. Gotta go now, writing this has made me hungry and Firehouse is just down the road.

This location makes the subs quicker than other locations Ive been to, but they mess up now and then. This last time they forgot my pickle. Im not a huge firehouse subs fan in general. 4 star mainly because I dont love the food, and the packaging always smells funny. Service has always been fine here. My husband loves it.

I love firehouse subs and have been to different locations many times, but I have been to this location twice now and both times the sandwiches had barely any meat at all. It was like eating a bread and lettuce sandwich. We will not be going back.

This was a great experience. Had travelled down from Chicago and this was on the corner from our hotel. Had a short 20 minute wait. Our waitress, Taylor, was an excellent server - making our experience all the better.
