Full Disclosure: I worked for Perkins in the mid-90s in Southwest Ohio, so I am at least somewhat familiar with the chain, menu staple items and service standards. This Perkins is located just across the street from the Bass Pro Shop, so finding it isnt hard. We came by on a Saturday morning, around 11 on a break from driving Route 66. After being seated, we waited about 10 minutes for our server to show up who just said hey, what can I get you. We ordered and a short time later, our meals were served. I give the cook props for knowing how to cook an over-medium egg, even waffle house screws that up sometimes. That said, the eggs he used must not have been fresh as I and my wife (who also ordered eggs) were stomach-wrenching sick that entire evening (we had nothing else to eat that day). Aside from the bad eggs, the bacon was little more than fat strips -- yes, thats bacon is, but this was almost pure fat, and the potatoes were tooth-breaking hard. My wifes omelette was runny and had very little toppings.

8/29 A friend and I went to Perkins. It wasnt a busy time, We ordered coffee, her a muffin, me a piece of cream pie. 40 minutes later, her muffin arrived on an ice cold plate (explanation for taking so long, they were warning it) and my cream pie on a warm plate... Extremely poor service and for the price, the coffee wasnt the best I have had for the price nor was the pie. The serving stations were dirty although the floor and bathrooms were clean. Would not give a star but its the only way I can get this to post

I have always had outstanding customer service at this location. The manager Trish is always friendly & helpful, and you can see that mindset filter down through the staff. Server London always remembers my order, and is as funny as she is friendly. Ive eaten at Perkins locations across the country, and this one is by far the best Ive ever visited. THANK YOU for making this chain restaurant feel like a "Small Town Home business" (Also the muffins there may be the best Ive ever had!) Kind Regards - Jason

No just no. Food cold. Needed service waitress never came back for a long time..it was 2 in the afternoon..it was not busy.my husband got a piece of lemon meringue pie, It was good but it was short on the smount, the tip was gone like someone had eaten like 3 bites, wasnt pie shaped. We went ahead an ate, my shrimp was good, the fish way dry and very very thin.so disappointing, the rice was cold like or of the fridge. This place is a no.

The employees at Perkins are so delightful and were quick to help us with what we needed. The place smelled delicious. The customer service was impeccable! Perkins donated to our silent auction, and we are extremely appreciative of their support! Tent recommends Perkins all the way!

I absolutely love Perkins and this was the first time Ive been to a location outside of Florida. The food was great as usual, especially the cherry pie but my only complaint was it took about ten minutes to get sat by a host because nobody was in the front.

May 2015. Food was okay, in fact, better than many in this price range. Reason for the low rating is because they would not allow a simple substitution for an upcharge. Fortunately, most other restaurants will do this.

Basic American cuisine. As a northern chain, I have found the Perkins food to be blander than other chains. The menu is not very original and the vegetables and meat always seem just a bit overcooked.

Breakfast hours food was terrible, cold syrup and burnt on one side, barely done on the other French toast, cold omelet... Come in the evening for better food quality. Service is good at either time.

Love coming here for breakfast. This is like a Dennys or IHOP style resteraunt. Expect a crowd at peak times but the staff is good and wait times are low.
