I always shop at this cub! Its my favorite cub but since Ive been pregnant Ive had nothing but problems using my WIC.. its 5/16/17 at 2:30 and I was getting my milk, yogurt and etc.. I got Greek gods vanilla honey because it couldnt ring up in their System it wasnt "wic-able" (completely not true) but because the cashier and CM said so. My food guide list Greek gods plain or any flavor. I was told if doesnt ring up they cant override because they can lose thier wic license and I need to follow the wic tags.. going down the yogurt Isle there is no wic tags and I know I was able to get that yogurt.. so please update your wic system and add your tags. Thanks from a unhappy shopper today.

nice people but they are way to busy to follow up on things that are important- needed hydration fluids for my cat that needed to be ordered and I asked if they could check to see if they could get them and get back to me (I left my phone #) The next day I called and found out at that point that they couldnt and when I explained how important timely info was I was informed that they were extremely busy. Poor follow up.....(I used to work at this pharmacy)

Today the snap pees looked like they had been frozen then thawed, t you could bend them completely in half, I only used to go there for the Salad Bar, which they took out because it quit working, not because it wasnt being used. Bad move. So now I just buy salad supplies, and today was my worst experience yet. I normally have issues with only the raspberries and strawberries going bad in 2 days but finally I had to say something...

We had to stop buying produce at this Cub because it went bad way too fast. A package of raspberries that looked fresh in the store was covered in mold in 2 days. A week ago, my fiancee saw a package of blueberries in the store that already had mold. We recently moved here and have since found out from friends that this is a common experience. Yesterday my fiancee found chunks in the milk that was dated for next week. Disgusting!

Worked there 10+ years up until Apr 2015 and thats my biggest regret even when I met some decent people. With the exception of them, it was so awful I dont even know where to start (2 stars is very generous). Essentially Supervalu has had rotten management for a long time so its not surprising. Sorry guys, upper management doesnt care about anyone except themselves, so kindly dont blame the employees.

I am very disappointed that I have to stand in line with about 60 other people waiting to get ringed up. They keep cutting employees hours here and its making the customer suffer. Do not go to this location if you are in a hurry. Youll spend 15-20 minutes in line. Only 3 regular registers open and 2 express lanes with about 15 people in both of those lines. Makes me not want to shop here anymore.

I was there on June 14th. I needed change and went to customer service. It took the guy in front of me 5 minutes to get a pack of cigarettes, then when I asked for change for a twenty, the large blonde woman with thick fake eyelashes told me they dont give out change I have to go to the check stands. Thats customer service? I have to wait in line a second time?

I will not shop at a different Cub foods due to the wonderful service I received from the staff and management there. They really care about their customers! I received great help when I forgot my groceries there. I honestly had to write a review right away because they were so wonderful to me! I recommend shopping there!

The last two trips I made to cub I arived 6:45 am and no fresh pastrys I asked a employee why.. because I could see them behind the bakery counter she said that they are not put out yet. Well Duh. Then she went back to moving around day old bread.. I left for the last time. Never going back!

I can feel how racist they are here. TERRIBLE customer service. I walked up to an employee and politely asked for help and she looked at me and then looked away and tried to spark up a conversation with another employee. Dont understand how they are still even open. NEEDS new staff ASAP!!!!

Its well-stocked (although they could offer more vegetarian options) and reasonably clean. The employees are often very personable and helpful, but I have observed some employees shouting to each other in the checkout area about non-work topics. Its not very professional.
