I had left a poor review on here about a week ago regarding a bad experience we had. After posting the review the employee involved in the complaint went out of his way to get in contact with me and personally apologize. He explained the situation saying he had a rough day and was sorry for his actions. He even offered to make up for the poor experience next time we come in! He was very kind and mature and I have never been so impressed by an employee! Silas seems to be a great young man who has gone out of his way to sincerely apologize and make things better and I will be sure to continue visiting this cold stone!

Worst experience Ive ever had with an employee period. Ive encountered rude employees before but the girl they had working the counter when I went was quite possibly the rudest. Not only was she rude to me but to the customers ahead of me as well. Needless to say I left without getting anything because of her bitchy attitude. The girls name is Madison Hogan. I advise steering clear of this place if shes working. Youll be able to tell its her by looking at her fingers. She has tattoos on them like some kind of gang member.

Possibly the best place for ice cream in town! Absolutely loved the service and the fact that they throw the ice cream up in the air for entertainment is even better. The only disappointment I had was that people were not tipping enough. These guys were putting on a show and no one even cared enough to put a dollar in the tip jar. They deserve it! Next time you stop by, make sure to leave a tip.

Delicious ice cream, with as many toppings as you could possibly want, or as few as just the ice cream. The staff is really friendly and they have some seasonal options that rotate so theres always something new to try. The downsides are that its usually a little crowded and the prices are on the high side. But that said, the ice cream is delicious, and well worth the cost and crowd.

Ice cream was fine. Huge portions. No issues here. My wife and two kids had to wait 20 minutes. There was a modest line and only one person helping customers. There were two other employees in the back doing who knows what. Even, if they were being productive, serving customers should have come first. Will not come back due to the wait.

Awesome cakes, awesome ice cream. Dylan Lemay is the cake director and his cakes are purrrrrfection! Me and my kitty kat enjoy them quite frequently. Meow meow meow meow (she says they are GRRRRREAT). Thank you dylan for always providing me and my lovely feline friend with fantastic cakes! Check him out if you and your animals want some cakes

Awesome ice cream and awesome service. Really good looking employees! Especially the one that throws the ice cream super high. Hes awesome! Oh, and the one with the beard too! Jealous! Highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone wanting to eat dessert while also looking at it.

We came to this location the night after Christmas. There was only one girl working. She was doing a great job keepg get up with the line, even answering the phone while taking orders, scooping, mixing and ringing up customers. Give that girl a raise!!!

The customer service isnt the best, even if you are not happy with what you got, they will still dont care. What you see on the advertisement boards is definitely not the same as the thing they serve you. Upsetting experience and not worth it prices.

Great place for fancy Ice Cream. If I want something plain ill go to Andys, if I want something cheap like a double dip cone ill go to Braums. If I want something fantastic and full of pizzazz, Cold stone is the place to go.

The "cake batter n shake" holy fudge sticks! Its delicious! These workers! Super nice and entertaining! Delicious ice cream. Reasonably priced. Always smiles in this place. Highly recommend!

Took my niece and we both loved it. They mix your ice cream order in front of you and make a little show of it. Restaurant was clean and no problems with service.

Its a cold stone. Ive been to a better location before. Its great ice creams and sorbets for a higher end price. Place is expensive but kind of worth it.

Delicious ice cream! My favorites are vanilla with Apple pie and brownie, and their ice cream cakes! Also, the strawberry sorbet is delicious by plain!
