Pros: Great service, no standing around, very polite. Free WiFi. Food seemed fine. Cons: the building is disgusting. Everything looks worn and dirty. The WiFi signal is awful. The drink dispenser is especially off-putting. Also I had a hot dog and the bread tasted a little like the air smelled which was not pleasant. Edit: also its 12:30 and this place isnt very busy at all. I should have taken that as a clue not to come. This place needs an update really badly. This is in a nice area so Im shocked at the upkeep of the facilities. I did see employees doing maintenance and sweeping and cleaning but its just age has taken a toll.

This place is horrible up until 2 years ago this is where i would spend my lunch . Now this manager who everyone calls sam is very rude . I ordered chicken nuggets and received chicken fries i didnt realize until i got on the highway i ate some of the chicken fries because i was hungry . So when i came back thru drive thru i told her that they gave me the wrong order and she said ok with a nasty attitude she then said where the chicken fries at ? I said i ate them she said YOU ATE THEM ???? I could see her eyes with anger .. To top it off my nuggets were cold ... Never going back

Despite the fact that it was the very busy lunch hour, only one register was open, although there were available workers loitering around behind the counter. When I FINALLY got to order, I was informed that this particular location doesnt accept e-gift cards. Um, why exactly? To add insult to injury, I ended up at the Burger King on Hampton, where I discovered that the one on Brentwood was more expensive. I wont be visiting this location anymore. I recommend the one on Hampton, as its cheaper and has friendly employees.

I went here trying to pick up lunch before work. I waited 20 mins for a double cheeseburger & chicken sandwich, which are regular value menu items. The woman who took my order kept telling me my food was right up, while everyone in the back had no sense of urgency to get my food out, or anyone elses for that matter. I actually never received my order since when 20 mins rolled around, I demanded a refund. If youre wanting fast food, just go to McDonalds on Hanley.

As an Uber driver I eat out a lot well as do photography and promote St Louis businesses along with places of interest and many google reviews because of locals and visitors. Poor training, service and restaurant appearances will get you shut down. This place needs a lot of corporate attention. This is my second visit in two months and nothing has changed. Great job thought from counter person. Shania !

Sad I have to give this place even one star because they dont deserve even one. Lady in drive thru was a witch and my hamburger was cold and pink on the inside and bread was too hard. I have worked at several burger kings and these people clearly cant handle or do there job that they cant take temperatures of the food or set there broiler to the right temperature.

This is by far the worst burger king I have ever been to. The employees need to fully take an order not just assume that when a person orders one thing that thats it. Annoying. The time to get your food is ridiculous! I have no idea what they are doing in there but it shouldnt take 15 minutes to get a plain cheeseburger and a drink. Horrible service!

Location is dismal to get in or out of depending on which direction youre going. Went in for a simple cheeseburger and nuggets, with no one in line and no one in drive thru, it took 15 minutes. Im standing there and the employees are asking what they should be making. Terrible service, wont go back to that location.

I have never had a pleasant visit to this location. If something isnt wrong with my order the staff is always rude. No "hi, bye kiss my ass" nothing. Also it always takes a while to get your food. Inside isnt any better. Inside is dirty.

Wait staff is usually very easy to interact with. You can always tell they are trying to keep the restaurant clean for new customers. I always use a coupon from their mobile app when I go here and its hassle free most of the time.

It took forever to get our food it was storming there was an elderly woman who works the sweeping the parking lot and when it started pouring down rain she went inside and they sent her back out in the cold rain!

The first Burger King in this area, ca. 1968. Bit run down. No easy southbound access to Brentwood Blvd after drive-through- must drive north on local street two blocks to stoplight. Service and food are OK.
