y order had so many things wrong I had to call. I spoke with a manager named Barb. She was great and offered to replace my entire order. She took my name and said to just bring the receipt when Im ready. A couple days later I returned. When I got to the window the manager seemed to be cowering behind the cashier as she greeted me and asked for my receipt. The manager then spoke past her with a disgusted look on his face and only said "what was wrong with this order"? I told him I already spoke with Barb and she said I could get order replaced. He continued to interrogate me as if I had done something wrong when it was them that messed up. He finally said just pull forward. I asked the cashier who he was and she said the general manager. I pulled up and he obviously purposely made us wait 20 minutes. While I was waiting I called the 800# and made a complaint. He then sent someone else out to bring it to us and never even received an apology from one person in this store. The food is already overpriced for the quality.

Every time I go my order or the food itself is messed up. I order jr whopper with bacon I get a cheeseburger and forget the fries just because you pay for them doesnt mean you actually get them. And dont let me get started on the caramel frappe (but according to the menu its a coffee frappe) where they dumped a glob of caramel on top so I have to sip clumps of gooey caramel. As much as I love burger king I will not frequent that location again

The person at the window was extremely unprofessional, no smile, greeting, or customer service. Simply the total of my order and question about condiments. What would have been priceless and intimately better would have been that warm greeting and smiling face from someone who realizes that they chose this job not the other way around. Moreover, the customers pay to come there and they get paid to be there.

This is the worst restaurant ever. They have messed my order up 5 times in a row. One of those times they didnt even cook it. Today I thought Id give thwm another try, I stood there some chick with red hair looked at me turned around, the other girl who was working drive thru looked at me. Not one person said anything to me- kept talking to each other- so I walked out you suck and so does tour employees.

Dirty store, the soda/ice machine doesnt look like it has regular cleaning or maintenance. The metal bins where the sandwiches are stacked looked filthy. The place looked well staffed, but the crew all seemed out of sync or were just poorly trained. And they were not courteous at all. Ill vote with my feet, wont be coming here anymore.

The food and service are up to fast food standard. Quite yummy and cheap. The bathrooms are cleaned with a pine scent that wafts into the dining area, tainting the dining experience. It is better than a bathroom smell wafting in, however.

Food is not bad & burgers are nice size & filling, although there isnt much difference in size between a Small & Large French Fry. The Burgers are a lil expensive by themselves, so it is better & cheaper to purchase a Combo.

For fast food, these guys are definitely give you what you expect. Ive never had a mistake, the drive through times are normally low, and the food has minimal time left in the warmer.
