I ask owners to please review the Saturday morning videos you are loosing customers coming to dine in. I have watched several Saturday mornings as no service is provided to dine in customers standing to place an order . The drive thru is fast professional but no one is providing service to dine in not even to take an order I decided to dine in at this location because drive thru os great after about 2 months of watching as I eat my meal inside people wait for a minimum of 5 min and no one says anything to them and a employee sleeps in the far booth on a regular bases laying not on the table but stretched out on the bench I will not return

I go to a fast food place once in a while as a guilty pleasure. This was the most horrible...ugh...no guac for cali whopper, no soft serve, fries cold, the only thing they did have is tomatoes on my whopper which i made clear i didnt want. Then i tried to get on their site to give my opinion and it said they werent taking anymore comments. And i was really headed to Wendys but bk was on the way. Next time ill keep driving. They suck!!!

I got the original chicken sandwich and it tasted like a salty freezer-burned piece of rubber. This is my usual sandwich at burger king so it must be this location because all of the other ones Ive had were fine. It was so salty and so dry I had to take a gulp of water with each bite. I was in a rush back to work from my lunch break so it was either just eat that or go hungry. I was seriously contemplating the latter.

The young lady taking our order made a mistake. Then refused to take responsibility for her mistake, became rude and belligerent to myself and my sister. The manager was right there and apologized for her and tried making excuses for the inexcusable behavior. After being told so, he again apologized but made no move to discipline this employee. She made rude remarks and extremely rude facial expressions towards us.

The employees are ok, they need to be reminded to take care of the customers & forget about their boyfriends/ girlfriends and whats going on in their lives. I find it ridiculous that you can only get a small drink as a senior citizen discount. Dont know what keeps that place open as there is hardly any customers and the prices.

Standard BK fare, but the service here SUCKS. They sometimes "forget" to open on time and if you see a line, fuhgeddaboutit--the drive-thru here is always sucktastic for some reason. Gotten cold fries here more often than I can count, too. PASS.

Very busy when I was present. The food, nice and hot. Usually with a lot of orderers there comes a lack of cleaningness, but staff handled the whole presentation like the 5 star establishment they are.

OK food experience, but turning east (left) onto Page afterwards is nearly suicide. Even waiting to turn right (west) out of the exit is a little dicey, with the heavy traffic.
