Ragazza has an inviting, intimate atmosphere. We sat at the bar, as there was a very limited number of tables. Our bartender and waitress was obviously busy, but well composed. We had a delicious caprese salad and the pork chop with italian baked potato. Brined and served with lemon, it was thick and juicy. They had an extensive wine selection, a smaller but well chosen beer menu, and some very inventive spins on traditional Italian cocktails. To finish off the meal, Allison recomended the lemonchello cake with shots of house-made lemonchello. They were both outstanding. I strongly recommend making the trip to Ragazza.

Before:Backside of the location could use some work and the place is kinda small but once you go to the front you obviously tell its Westport. Smells good. After:Didnt get any bread (they should add some) and service wasnt that fast, their lasagna was good but Ive had better were on a quest for the best Italian food in Kansas City Id say this is 3rd place and Bucca di Beppo is 1st.

The food was simply amazing!!!! We really enjoyed the atmosphere, and our server was attentive and took such good care of us. From the amazing glass of wine, to the antipasta board, to our entrees so amazing. The lamb shank with the butternutsquash and roasted brussel sprout risotto forever remembered as one of the best meals i have ever had.

Walked in and asked if sitting at bar at window same as sitting at regular bar and was told yes. Was brought water and menu. 20 minutes later still sitting there and never given chance to even order drink. Turns out if you sit at window spot you are forgotten. Decided to leave so I could go eat.

Best italian food ive had. Took may parents there and they both are hard to wun over. They both loved it. We all liok forward to the next time. Now one of my top placed to eat in KC. Thank you for the awsome food and such a great place to take my parents!

Went for their Tuesday night steak special. Great! Good piece of meat, nice sides, appetizer was ok, and their house red was good. Well worth the price, initimate setting for a date, but get there early as parking could be a nightmare. Worth it.

Very cool place. Loved the atmosphere, and the service was excellent. We had the eggplant parmesan and the chicken walnut pasta. Both were very good (nothing too spectacular about either though) , and priced well for the portion size.
