Racial discrimination!! Because Im Asian! Nicole the manager and one of the servers Hailey were very disrespectful and downright rude. I had a total of $8 meal and I eat there weekly. I left a $1.50 tip for my server Samantha and the Nicole and Haley were saying, "what kind of tip is that?! ? What do you even do with $1.50?" Nicole said, "she just needs to learn how to tip better thats ridiculous!". I am Asian and perhaps because I am fairly well off financially because my mother left me something, they assumed $1.50 wasnt enough for my short 15min stay at 9:30pm. I was insulted. I always tip my servers extremely well because I am a server on the side. They told the entire staff about my tip and the next time I came in, the entire staff was staring at me, and giggling! I am a professional and get paid to leave my feelings at the door. To this day, 4 weeks later, I still cannot show my face out of embarrassment from what Nicole and Hailey have done. Over $1.50! No words can describe the hurt these two individuals have caused me. I am taking this up to corporate and suing for the tort of emotional distress.

We had dinner tonight at Bravo, and it was fairly disappointing. Our server was nice, but was clearly new, and not great. She couldnt answer any of our questions over the menu, and was incredibly slow. We waited about 15 minutes for our drinks and our salads sat in the window for a little over 10 minutes before she brought them. We had the ravioli appetizer, and it was good. The salads were soggy, and over dressed. I had the lasagna and it was a huge portion, but wasnt that good. My friend had the carbonara and she liked it ok. Dessert was that confetti cake, and it was very dry. Overall, the food was very mediocre and extremely over priced. We could have had the same dinner at Olive Garden, and paid 1/2 the price.

Sat for ten minutes and watched three waiters avoid eye contact with me with their arms crossed leaning on the register. The restaurant was practically empty. The one waitress that was working walked past us several times without acknowledging us. When we decided to get up and leave the manager shouted "thank you". I have never eaten there before and I will. It be back again. Terrible service, rude, lazy servers. Evidently the foods not that good either as we were practically the only people there on a Saturday night. If you want Italian food, go anywhere else.

Service was fantastic, couldnt have been better actually but my beef is with the food. The food value was terrible. The bread was o.k. but it seemed like frozen bread sticks or something. Salty swill they called lobster bisque, like over cooked canned cream of seafood soup. Filet that actually had gristle in it?? How do you even do that? The desert was great though! I had chocolate cake and my smokin hot wife had cheese cake, both were decadent. All that for $100 after tip (no drinks). Next time Ill hit them up for dessert after a great meal across the street.

I was excited for my first trip here for lunch today. Id have to say I was very disappointed. The service was fair. But I was really disappointed with the food. I ordered the Pasta BRAVO! their signature dish. The portion size was fine, but it was so bland. The chicken was dry, with no flavor. And the sauce seemed like something I could get in a jar at the grocery store. And looking around the restaurant, none of the dishes looked any better. Im sorry to say that even Olive Garden tastes better.

I am not big on chains when KC has so many great Italian restaurants. But, this restaurant is a huge exception. The manager has to be one of the kindest persons in the business. The head chef goes way out of his way to please. My uncle wanted something that wasnt on the menu. The chef not only made the meal. He made it like he was cooking for the president. If you like good Italian food you should check it out. If you like great service there really isnt better in the business.

This place is always busy, and always worth the wait. The service, atmosphere and the food are always done very well. The greeters at reception were all smiling and pleasant. Haley waited on our table this Valentines Day. She was very pleasant, efficient and made the evening go off without a hitch. The food was well above average. I had the lobster bisque which was perfectly creamy and flavorful, followed by the lobster ravioli, which was also very good.

Favorite restaurant in all of overland park! I know several servers names including the manager Ryan who is always there it seems willing to greet and say something before you leave. The food is awesome but the service is why you go! Love love going here!

Waitress was not the best. Dropped off the water and forgot about us for nearly an hour. Luckily another, I think, manager helped us. Food was prepared very well. Just difficult to enjoy as we couldnt get anything we needed as there was minimal service.

I was taken here for lunch as a welcome to the company on my first day at a new job. The food and service was good. I had the chicken caprese and it was amazing. The orzo was flavorful and the mozzarella fresh. The chicken was cooked to perfection.

Meh.....the service was good, but the food was mediocre at best. My tortelloni tasted as if I had ordered it from Fazolis, which Im okay with, but not for $17. My wifes carbonara was similar. Just very underwhelming food for the price.

It was a great time I ate the shrimp fra diablo and it was amazing. My server Drew (the man) suggested this dish, he also made sure that our cups were never empty and that we were having a good time. If you come to bravo ask for DREW!

Lunch was good, had reservations for a party of 6 and it wasnt too busy when we arrived at 11:45AM. Food was great, no complaints from the group. Brought the food faster than I was expecting. Thumbs up.

Bravo is the best restaurant in the world. Chicken parmesean is amazing. They bring out awesome warm bread, with some really good olive oil, and you eat as much as you like.
