Used to be a great place for some good Italian eats. Loved when it was BYOB, but now they serve their own wine/beer. They do not provide a wine or beer list though, which is frustrating. 1) When we first said down the table was dirty. The server realized it and offered to clean it. Something that shouldve been addressed by the host. 2) We had to wait fifteen minutes to receive rolls and put in for our appetizer. We were provided two rolls, one was perfect and delicious, the other was burnt to a black crisp. 3) We received our appetizer and put in for out entrées after another fifteen minutes. Our calamari was severely over cooked and some pieces were completely innedible. 4) We waited THIRTY-FIVE minutes to receive our entrées. It was 8:45 on a Friday evening and the place had three to four other patrons. We order two simple tortillini plates. One dish came out piping hot and the other lukewarm. Im assuming it took so long to receive our entrées because the kitchen forgot to fire one, or the server forgot to put one in. We enjoyed the creamy pesto tortellini, but the meat sauce was watered down and flavorless. 5) The service was not superb. Our waitress was sweet, but not attentive. Our water glasses were empty more often than not. We unfortunately wont be coming back to this location. Shame, was a great place to get your Italian fix.

Never have I ever had to walk out of a restaurant before, the so called manager was a complete idiot, I wish I could review the food unfortunately I left before anyone attemped to greet us, I initially walked in the place didnt look too bad, being my first time here I decided to give it a try, I wait a solid 30 seconds before anyone acknowledges me, turns out the manager on duty is the one that greeted me, asking for how many, I say 2 the rest of party is yet to arrive, I ask if I may dine in the patio area since it was a beautiful day outside, she puts the menus on the table tells me a server should be right with me and leaves, my friend takes about 10 minutes to arrive, once he does arrive I realize that I very was never greeted by my server, I go inside asking if I may get our server , again speaking with the manager she asks me if i was ready to order, I say yes and she casually points to a server telling him to pick up our table, the server seemed unenthusiastic, after not getting Service for the second time I ask once more who our server was, the manager looks at me like Im stupid and that was my last straw, I tell my friend that were going to Olive garden, at least there well actually get service, would not recommend this "restaurant", dont ever plan on returning.

Napoli is one of the most romantic and intimate restaurants Ive been to in this area. The set up is simple but welcoming. They have a pretty nice menu, the wait staff was friendly and helpful. The food was superb. We had the Italian Stroganoff and the chicken lasagna as recommended by the owner. The meat was tender and the sauce was from out of this world. Id order this again. Same applies for the chicken lasagna, I loved this dish and wished I had ordered my own, rather than having to steal bites from my wife. We watched the owner talk to almost every table keeping a smile all round. He told us about the history of the restaurant and invited us to the lounge on the second floor. I wouldnt hesitate coming back for the lovely ambiance, delicious food and fair prices. A Napoli meal is a must at least once a week.

This used to be my favorite Italian restaurant but a change in management and a blase attitude towards cooking has completely ruined this place for me. I dont want this to be long-winded so in short, they nixed my favorite menu item (Italian beef stroganoff), food is either nuclear hot or arctic cold in the middle and some, not all, of their servers just do not care about customer service. It appears theyve been spooked by Olive Garden across the way so they decided just to add more salt and cheese to every plate. The reason Napolis was great was BECAUSE they tasted different (i.e. they tasted like real Italian food). If I was in the mood for salt-cheese Italian then I go to Olive Garden, if I wanted something close to the real thing with a great, different taste, then it was Napolis. Now thats all over.

The interior looks nice and clean, theres a second floor area meant for parties. The food looks amazing (piping hot, too) but a bit bland. I bought the baked ziti and it tasted as it should but not anything special. My friend got the chicken Alfredo and the chicken was very bland. We both had to add a bit of seasoning. I recommend adding additional sides like sausage or roasted garlic. Its an extra cost but I feel it would improve. The bread they give you in the beginning is delicious but dont expect more bread with the meal... youll have to ask for it. Our waitress was very welcoming and attentive though! I came in during a time that wasnt busy at all. (3pm). Id have to say its okay/average. Its not bad but its nothing grand either.

I have to say first of all that I have eaten at this restaurant for over 3 years. I dont know why but the quality is going down. I ordered spaghetti with meat sauce and one meat ball on the side. The entrée use to come as fresh pasta with a good meat sauce spooned on top. Not this time, it looked as though it was last nights left overs. All stirred up to hide the fact that there wasnt much meat sauce. The meat ball wasnt warm all the way through and was much smaller. The dinner salads use to have a sliver of meat and cheese on well portioned salad. Not this time, no meat or cheese. Overall flavor, not the same quality that I was use to. Very disappointed.

I was there for dinner earlier today, for the first time. Its my Birthday and I wanted to try something new and close to home, because of my other 2 small children I had at my mothers. The experience was great and the food was delicious!! The appetizer was tasty also! I would definitely recommend this place if you are in the Pasadena area, looking for Italian food! I ordered the chicken salad and my husband ordered the Chicken Alfredo, my son had a slice of pizza. :) The dessert was the best, chocolate cake with candle included! Thanks to the waiter for serving us with a pleasant smile and attitude, which is rare wherever you go!! Blessings!!!

I read the reviews and thought this place would be a good choice for delivery, since I’m traveling and new to the area. Well I was very disappointed with the pizza. The delivery driver must have seen something that scared him. Because the pizza looked like it had been severely shaken. I even gave him an extra $4 tip, they add a delivery fee of $2. I ask for sausage and paid $1.50 for it. I found 8 nickel sized round jerky like meet on a 14 inch pizza. The crust had no flavor, the veggies tasted watery. This is the kind of place you take young children who don’t care what real food tastes like. Worst pizza I’ve ever had on my road trips.
